  • Experience in training coordination, administration or competency management, preferably within the mining industry
  • Strong understanding of Queensland mining training, competency and compliance requirements
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and time management
  • Confident coordinating training, inductions, assessments and refresher requirements
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to work with leaders, supervisors, trainers and contractors
  • Experience maintaining training systems, competency records, matrices and compliance reporting
  • Ability to identify training gaps and support practical workforce development solutions
  • Proactive approach to safety, compliance and continuous improvement
  • Strong computer skills and confidence working with training management systems and databases
  • A commitment to building workforce capability and supporting a safe, skilled and compliant workplace
