O que procuramos:

Nosso time de Desenvolvimento está com uma nova oportunidade de Analista de Desenvolvimento de Sistemas SR, para atuar em modelo presencial de Segunda à Sexta das 08:00 às 17:48, em Piracicaba - SP.

Principais Responsabilidades:

Desenvolver e manter dashboards, relatórios e indicadores em Power BI, aplicando modelagem de dados, criação de medidas, visualizações e otimização de consultas para transformar dados em informações estratégicas.

Acompanhar o desempenho, a disponibilidade e a confiabilidade das soluções analíticas, identificando inconsistências, falhas e oportunidades de melhoria, além de realizar manutenções preventivas e corretivas.

Desenvolver e manter processos ETL, integrando, tratando e padronizando informações provenientes de diferentes fontes, garantindo integridade, consistência e disponibilidade dos dados.

Construir pipelines de dados e automações utilizando Python, integrando bancos de dados, APIs, arquivos e serviços em nuvem, com foco na redução de atividades manuais, prevenção de erros e otimização operacional.

Criar e evoluir aplicações e interfaces customizadas utilizando React.js, Next.js e Node.js, desenvolvendo soluções sob medida para atender às necessidades específicas dos projetos e do negócio.

Implementar e manter APIs, serviços e middlewares utilizando Node.js, Express e Python/FastAPI, promovendo a comunicação e a interoperabilidade entre sistemas, bancos de dados e plataformas.

Interagir com diferentes áreas da organização para compreender necessidades, mapear processos, identificar oportunidades e transformar requisitos de negócio em soluções tecnológicas eficientes e viáveis.

Realizar testes técnicos e funcionais, validando integrações, regras de negócio, consistência dos dados e funcionamento das aplicações, assegurando a qualidade das entregas.

Manter códigos, integrações, configurações e documentações técnicas organizados e versionados, garantindo rastreabilidade, padronização e facilidade de manutenção das soluções.

Identificar gargalos e implementar melhorias de desempenho, escalabilidade e eficiência em dados, aplicações e serviços, utilizando recursos e serviços AWS quando aplicáveis.

Requisitos e Competências Técnicas:

Ensino superior completo em Análise e Desenvolvimento de Sistemas, Ciência da Computação, Sistemas de Informação, Engenharia de Software, Engenharia da Computação ou áreas correlatas.

Power BI – Avançado.

Bancos de dados relacionais e SQL – Avançado.

React.js e Next.js – Intermediário.

Node.js e Express.js – Intermediário.

Python e FastAPI – Intermediário.

AWS e serviços em nuvem – Intermediário.

Experiência com desenvolvimento e manutenção de dashboards e soluções analíticas em Power BI.

Vivência no tratamento, integração e processamento de grandes volumes de dados.

Conhecimento em boas práticas de programação, organização de código e desenvolvimento de soluções escaláveis.
