O que procuramos:

Nosso time de Desenvolvimento está com uma nova oportunidade para Analista de Suporte Computacional SR, para atuar em modelo 100% home office, com disponibilidade de horário para atuação.

🎯 Principais responsabilidades

Monitorar aplicações e serviços em produção, identificar falhas, investigar suas causas e conduzir ações para restabelecer a operação com agilidade e segurança.

Sustentar e aprimorar integrações via APIs REST, telemetria, videotelemetria e sistemas de terceiros, garantindo a confiabilidade da comunicação e do fluxo de informações.

Atuar na análise e recuperação de bancos de dados relacionais, especialmente MySQL, e de serviços hospedados na AWS.

Desenvolver e manter scripts, serviços e integrações utilizando Python, buscando maior robustez, automação e eficiência operacional.

Criar e evoluir dashboards, alertas e indicadores de monitoramento com Grafana e AWS CloudWatch, ampliando a capacidade de identificação e prevenção de incidentes.

Investigar problemas em aplicações e serviços executados em ambientes conteinerizados com Docker e Kubernetes.

Conduzir análises de causa raiz, documentar ocorrências e propor melhorias estruturais para reduzir falhas recorrentes e intervenções manuais.

Coordenar tecnicamente o atendimento de incidentes junto às equipes internas e fornecedores, acompanhando as ações até a completa normalização dos serviços.

💻 Requisitos técnicos

Ensino superior completo em Análise e Desenvolvimento de Sistemas, Ciência da Computação, Sistemas de Informação, Engenharia de Software, Engenharia da Computação ou áreas correlatas.

Conhecimento avançado em Python e APIs REST.

Experiência avançada com SQL e bancos de dados relacionais (MySQL).

Conhecimento avançado em AWS e AWS CloudWatch.

Experiência com Grafana, logs, métricas e observabilidade.

Vivência em diagnóstico e resolução de incidentes em ambientes de produção.

Experiência com recuperação de serviços e bancos de dados, integrações com fornecedores e documentação técnica.

Conhecimentos em Docker e Kubernetes.
