Global SQM Performance & Digital Enablement

  • The candidate will strengthen AWW SQM through KPI governance, performance reporting, SCAR improvement, operational excellence, and digital enablement.
  • The role will establish reliable performance-management practices, convert data into actionable insights, coordinate improvement activities, and enable appropriate AI and automation solutions.
  • The primary objective is to create measurable value for the company through stronger governance, improved efficiency and effectiveness, and sustainable process improvement. AI and automation will be applied as enablers of these business outcomes.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Business, or a related discipline.
  • Relevant experience in supplier quality, quality systems, KPI reporting, process improvement, data analytics, or digital transformation.
  • Experience developing dashboards, management reports, or performance-management systems.
  • Experience supporting automation, system implementation, or digital projects.
  • Knowledge of structured problem solving and corrective-action processes.
  • Semiconductor or advanced manufacturing experience is preferred.
