FRONT OFFICE OPPORTUNITIES - HOTELS & BRANDED RESIDENCES

We are supporting a vibrant lifestyle hospitality brand in Dubai with the recruitment of guest-focused Front Office professionals for its hotels & branded residences.

Open Positions:

  • Residence Supervisor
  • Residence Experience Assistants (Guest Service Agents)
  • Residence Bell Attendant
  • Hotel Junior Guest Service Agents
  • Hotel Guest Service Agents

What We Are Looking For:

  • Previous Front Office, Guest Services, Concierge or Bell Desk experience within branded residences, serviced apartments or hotels
  • A warm, confident and professional approach when assisting residents and guests
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to anticipate needs, handle requests and resolve concerns effectively
  • Good knowledge of Front Office procedures and property-management systems, depending on the position
  • Currently based in the UAE

Candidates for the Residence Supervisor position should have previous supervisory experience and the ability to guide the team while maintaining service and operational standards.
