Vous avez une solide formation en comptabilité et une expérience dans l'intégration de l'ERP Odoo ?

Rejoignez-nous pour accompagner nos clients dans leurs projets de digitalisation et d'optimisation de leurs processus métiers.

Vos missions :

  • Recueillir et analyser les besoins des clients
  • Concevoir et paramétrer les solutions Odoo adaptées aux processus comptables
  • Pilotage complet des projets Odoo : Définir la portée du projet, établir le planning, gérer le budget et les ressources, et assurer le suivi des jalons.
  • Former et accompagner les utilisateurs
  • Assurer le suivi des déploiements et la satisfaction client
  • Conception de la solution Odoo : Proposer des solutions Odoo personnalisées et adaptées aux spécificités de chaque client, en collaboration avec les équipes techniques.
  • Configuration et paramétrage d'Odoo : Réaliser ou superviser la configuration des différents modules d'Odoo (ventes, achats, stocks, comptabilité, production, etc.).
  • Coordination des équipes : Manager les équipes de consultants fonctionnels et techniques, et assurer une communication fluide entre les différentes parties prenantes (client, équipe interne).
  • Suivi de l'avancement et gestion des risques : Identifier les risques potentiels, mettre en place des plans d'action préventifs et correctifs, et communiquer de manière proactive sur l'état d'avancement des projets.
  • Support au démarrage et suivi : Assurer un accompagnement de qualité lors du démarrage et apporter un support pour garantir la satisfaction client à long terme.
  • Documentation projet : Rédiger les spécifications fonctionnelles, les guides utilisateurs et autres documents nécessaires au bon déroulement des projets.

Votre profil :

Formation en comptabilité, finance ou gestion

Expérience confirmée dans l'intégration d'ODOO au moins 2 ans d’expérience

Bonne maîtrise des processus comptables et financiers

Capacité à analyser les besoins métiers et à les traduire en solutions fonctionnelles

Expérience en gestion de projet et accompagnement des utilisateurs
