The posting

Soms lopen cliënten vast in bestaande trajecten. Niet omdat ze niet willen, maar omdat de vorm niet meer past. Binnen het Arkin Atrium ontwikkelen we met FocusPunt een alternatief: kort, doelgericht en activerend.

Als regiebehandelaar FocusPunt maak je met een paar uur per week directe impact. Voor cliënten die opnieuw vastlopen én voor hoe we zorg slimmer en passender organiseren.

Wat is FocusPunt? FocusPunt is een kortdurend behandelprogramma voor cliënten met complexe, vaak transdiagnostische problematiek die zich opnieuw aanmelden na eerdere trajecten. In plaats van opnieuw een langdurig behandeltraject te starten, bieden we een compacte en gerichte interventie:

  • 1 intake
  • maximaal 5 behandelcontacten
  • gebaseerd op Focused ACT

Het doel is beweging creëren waar eerdere trajecten zijn vastgelopen: cliënten versterken hun eigen regie en voorkomen vaker een nieuwe langdurige instroom. De eerste resultaten zijn veelbelovend.

FocusPunt bevindt zich nog in de pilotfase. Dat betekent dat er ruimte is om samen te reflecteren, leren en verder te bouwen aan deze behandelvorm.

Wat ga je doen? Je combineert behandelen met ontwikkelen.

  • Je voert kortdurende behandeltrajecten uit volgens de Focused ACT-methodiek
  • Je begeleidt cliënten vanaf de intake in een compact, doelgericht traject van maximaal vijf sessies
  • Je werkt met een complexe, transdiagnostische doelgroep, met focus op herstel, regie en activering
  • Je denkt mee over triage, instroom en inhoudelijke keuzes
  • Je levert een actieve bijdrage aan de doorontwikkeling van FocusPunt, zowel inhoudelijk als organisatorisch

Ondanks het beperkte aantal uren werk je intensief samen:

  • De ene week vindt een MDO plaats, gericht op casuïstiek en inhoudelijke afstemming
  • De andere week is er supervisie, voor reflectie, verdieping en kennisdeling

Deze vaste gezamenlijke momenten zijn een belangrijk onderdeel van het teamgevoel en de kwaliteit van zorg.

Detachering en praktische informatie

  • Dit betreft een (interne) vacature op basis van detachering
  • Je blijft in dienst bij je huidige organisatieonderdeel en behoudt je bestaande arbeidsvoorwaarden
  • De uren worden voor FocusPunt geboekt op de kostenplaats van het Arkin Atrium
  • Voorkeurslocatie: Klaprozenweg, Amsterdam Noord. Indien dit niet haalbaar is, vindt overleg plaats
  • Beschikbaarheid op woensdag en/of donderdag is een pré

Wat breng je mee?

  • Je beschikt als regiebehandelaar over een geldige BIG-registratie
  • Je hebt ervaring met ACT en/of Focused ACT, of de motivatie om je hierin verder te verdiepen
  • Je werkt herstelgericht en weet cliënten te ondersteunen in het versterken van hun zelfregie
  • Je krijgt energie van pionieren en ontwikkelen
  • Je schakelt flexibel en blijft goed afgestemd op cliënt én team

Werken binnen het Arkin Atrium Het Arkin Atrium is in 2023 gestart vanuit de visie Samen Behandelen. We ontwikkelen hier nieuwe zorgvormen voor cliënten met complexe problematiek, versnellen bestaande processen en verbinden expertise over specialismen heen.

FocusPunt is hier een concreet voorbeeld van: kortdurende, effectieve zorg die bijdraagt aan passende instroom en ontlasting van de specialistische GGZ
