The posting

Het verschil maken met herstelgerichte zorg: dat kan als ambulant verpleegkundige bij Arkin. Als grote GGZ-instelling met 11 specialismen bieden we een breed werkveld. Daardoor werk je met cliënten met uiteenlopende problematiek en is geen dag hetzelfde. Je werkt in een multidisciplinair team waarin je op elkaar kunt bouwen. Tegelijk krijg je veel ruimte en verantwoordelijkheid in je eigen werk.

Wat ga je doen?

Je neemt regie over je eigen caseload en maakt zorgvuldige afwegingen voor cliënten, hun naasten en je collega’s. Waar nodig schakel je andere disciplines in.

Als ambulant Verpleegkundige behandel en begeleid je cliënten met psychiatrische en/of verslavingsproblemen. Dit doe je voornamelijk in de thuissituatie van de cliënt of in een poliklinische setting. Jij beoordeelt en diagnosticeert je cliënten, regelt de inzet van zorg en draagt bij aan het behandelplan en de uitvoering ervan, waarbij jij de cliënt en zijn haar netwerk zo veel mogelijk betrekt en voorlicht.

Daarnaast:

  • intervenieer je in crisissituaties;
  • neem je deel aan de multidisciplinaire overleggen en werk je samen met ketenpartners;
  • investeer je in je eigen ontwikkeling via de aangeboden cursussen en trainingen.

Wij bieden jou:

  • Vanuit de CAO GGZ de standaard arbeidsvoorwaarden en een salaris in FWG 50-55, min. € 3456- en max. € 5140,- bruto op basis van 36 uur;
  • Een jaarcontract voor 24-36 uur en de mogelijkheid tot vast contract na 12 maanden
  • Een eindejaarsuitkering en vakantiegeld van 8,33%;
  • Je bouwt een goed pensioen op bij Pensioenfonds Zorg en Welzijn.

Daarnaast een aantal aantrekkelijke arbeidsvoorwaarden van Arkin:

  • Voor woon-werkverkeer en dienstreizen een 2e klasse mobiliteitskaart, ook te gebruiken voor OV-fiets of een km-vergoeding;
  • Arkin biedt met 11 specialismen op verschillende locaties ook veel mogelijkheden op lange termijn voor jouw professionele ontwikkeling met keuze uit het werken met verschillende doelgroepen en methodieken;
  • Via ons eigen trainingsaanbod en opleidingen de mogelijkheid om door te groeien van MBO naar HBO-V of SPV en van HBO-V naar Verpleegkundig Specialist;
  • Een meerkeuzesysteem waarbij je brutoloon kunt gebruiken voor extra vakantie-uren, fietsaanschaf, een aanvullende reiskostenvergoeding of een tegemoetkoming in het lidmaatschap van een vakbond en/of een beroepsorganisatie;
  • Voor jouw welzijn een jaarlijks vitaliteitsbudget van maximaal €100,- netto (bij een vast dienstverband van minimaal 18 uren per week), €1000,- balansbudget en toegang tot het platform Nrgize voor deelname aan activiteiten zoals bootcamp, yoga en padel;
  • Collega aandragen? Ontvang in totaal een aanbrengbonus van €1000,- bruto.
