The posting

Wij bieden een fulltime opleidingsplaats aan voor psychologen in opleiding tot GZ-psycholoog (PIOG). Deze positie omvat 36 uur per week, inclusief 4 uur theoretische les. De startdatum van de opleiding is in maart 2027.

Wat ga je doen? Als psycholoog in opleiding tot GZ-psycholoog (PIOG) werk je gedurende de opleiding op verschillende afdelingen binnen Arkin om relevante ervaring op te doen en aan alle opleidingseisen te voldoen. Je doet praktijkervaring op binnen het specialisme Arkin Jeugd & Gezin, waarbij je zowel een poliklinische als een outreachende werkplek krijgt toegewezen.

Eerste jaar

  • Uitvoeren van intakes, psychologisch onderzoek en indicatiestelling bij kinderen en jongeren (0-23 jaar) en hun gezinnen.
  • Korte, geprotocolleerde behandelinterventies uitvoeren.
  • Deelnemen aan indicatie- en behandel overleggen, intervisie en supervisie.
  • Consulten verlenen aan verwijzers, huisartsen en scholen.
  • Bijdragen aan interne deskundigheidsbevordering.

Tweede jaar

  • Werken bij een outreachend team van Arkin Jeugd & Gezin.

Wij bieden jou

  • Vanuit de CAO GGZ de standaard arbeidsvoorwaarden;
  • Een tijdelijke leerarbeidsovereenkomst voor 36 uur per week (dit is inclusief 4 uur cursorisch onderwijs) voor de duur van 2 jaar;
  • De PIOG wordt, onder voorbehoud van definitieve toelating tot de GZ-opleiding van RINO Amsterdam tijdelijk aangesteld voor de duur van de opleiding. De huidige arbeidsovereenkomst wordt gekoppeld aan de leerarbeidsovereenkomst voor de duur van de opleiding.
  • Een eindejaarsuitkering van 8,33%, 8,33% vakantiegeld en je bouwt een goed pensioen op bij Pensioenfonds Zorg en Welzijn;
  • Voor woon-werkverkeer en dienstreizen een 2e klasse mobiliteitskaart, ook te gebruiken voor OV-fiets;
  • Korting op verzekeringen
  • Een meerkeuzesysteem waarbij je brutoloon bijvoorbeeld kunt gebruiken voor extra vakantie-uren, fietsaanschaf en aanvullende reiskostenvergoeding;
  • Voor jouw welzijn een jaarlijks vitaliteitsbudget van maximaal €100,- en een balansbudget van €1000,- (beide naar rato dienstverband) en toegang tot het platform Nrgize voor deelname aan activiteiten zoals bootcamp, yoga en salsa dansen.

  • Een masterdiploma in de psychologie, pedagogiek of gezondheidswetenschappen succesvol hebt afgerond;
  • Behandelervaring hebt opgedaan in de GGZ na jouw studie en ervaring hebt met (neuro)psychologische diagnostiek;
  • Ervaring met het uitvoeren van (kortdurende) behandelingen is een pré, bij voorkeur ondersteund door een gevolgde (basis)cursus CGT;
  • Je bent in het bezit van een LOGO-verklaring, die je verplicht moet meesturen bij je sollicitatie.

Werken bij ons Arkin is een GGZ-instelling in Nederland die zich richt op geestelijke gezondheidszorg en verslavingszorg. Binnen Arkin worden nu ruim 41.000 cliënten behandeld in curatieve psychiatrie, forensische psychiatrie, acute psychiatrie, verslavingszorg en openbare geestelijke gezondheidszorg, ambulant, outreachend en via klinische opname. Dit gebeurt met ruim 4.000 medewerkers op 70 locaties in Amsterdam, Utrecht, Hilversum en Amersfoort. Met 11 verschillende specialismen: Mentrum, Jellinek, PuntP, NPI, Inforsa, Sinai Centrum, Novarum, Spoedeisende Psychiatrie, Arkin Jeugd & Gezin, Arkin Ouderen en Roads.
