Hvordan du vil gøre en forskel

Du omsætter den overordnede plan til konkrete produktionsordrer og skaber overblik over kapacitet, råvarer og ændrede forudsætninger. Du arbejder tæt sammen med produktionen og dine kolleger i Planning. Samtidig bidrager du til den udvikling, Esbjerg er i gang med, hvor tydelige planer, bedre opfølgning og et stærkt samarbejde mellem Planning og Operations skal skabe mere stabilitet i hverdagen.

  • Udarbejde og løbende justere produktionsplaner i relevante systemer og Excel.
  • Følge op på afvigelser, kapacitetsudfordringer og relevante KPI’er.
  • Koordinere tæt med produktion, lager, vedligehold og øvrige planlægningsfunktioner.
  • Vedligeholde og kvalitetssikre planlægningsmasterdata.
  • Bidrage til mere stabile arbejdsformer og løbende forbedringer af processer og samarbejde.

Hvad der gør dig succesfuld

Du kan have erfaring fra planlægning, produktion, logistik eller supply chain eller en relevant uddannelse og lyst til at lære. Det vigtigste er, at du trives med struktur, data og samarbejde i en hverdag, hvor forudsætningerne kan ændre sig.

  • Du arbejder struktureret, tager ansvar og bevarer overblikket.
  • Du er nysgerrig, løsningsorienteret og god til at samarbejde på tværs.
  • Du har gode Excel-kompetencer. Kendskab til SAP og BI er en fordel.
  • Du kommunikerer sikkert på dansk og engelsk.
