Cashier/Receptionist
Our reception and cashier teams play an important role in creating a positive first impression for our customers and keeping our dealership running smoothly.
We're looking for a dependable and friendly Cashier/Receptionist to greet customers, answer phones, process payments, and provide administrative support to the dealership. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized, and being part of a fast-paced team.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls and assist customers with general questions.
- Process customer payments accurately and maintain proper transaction records.
- Balance and maintain the cash drawer.
- Assist customers with payment, cashier, and general dealership needs.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception and cashier area.
- Scan, file, and electronically organize dealership documents and paperwork.
- Assist with data entry, filing, and other administrative duties as needed.
- Provide support to the Sales, Service, Parts, and Accounting departments.
- Maintain confidentiality when handling customer and dealership information.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous cashier, receptionist, customer service, or administrative experience preferred.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Professional, friendly, and positive attitude.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling payments and paperwork.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer and office technology skills.
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work the required schedule.
Compensation
- $16–$17 per hour
- Paid weekly
Schedule
- Monday–Friday: 2:00 PM–8:00 PM
- Alternating Saturdays: 8:00 AM–1:00 PM or 1:00 PM–6:00 PM
