Máš chuť pomáhat dětem a mladým lidem (6-26 let) zvládat trable, které život přináší? Umíš být oporou i v náročnějších situacích? Baví tě být mezi mladými lidmi a poznávat jejich svět bez předsudků?Do našeho NZDM v Jirkově hledáme sociálního pracovníka / sociální pracovnici.Nejsme jen "klub". Víc pracujeme individuálně, víc chodíme do terénu a víc řešíme skutečné problémy mladých lidí - školu, vztahy, rodinu, dluhy nebo duševní zdraví.Co tě čeká?- někdy jsi v klubu, někdy jdeš za klienty ven, - vedeš individuální rozhovory a podporuješ klienty v těžkých situacích, - spolupracuješ se školami, rodinami a dalšími službami, - řešíš konkrétní situace: školu, konflikty doma, vztahy, úzkosti nebo první dluhy, - a někdy jen sedíš vedle člověka, který potřebuje, aby tam někdo byl. Hledáme někoho, kdo:- umí naslouchat a nezalekne se těžších témat, - dokáže být lidský i profesionální zároveň, - chce dělat smysluplnou sociální práci, - nevadí mu práce v odpoledních hodinách, - má vzdělání dle zákona č. 108/2006 Sb. (VOŠ/VŠ sociálního směru), - je trestně bezúhonný. Co nabízíme?- práci, která má skutečný smysl, - podporující tým a prostor být sám/sama sebou, - úvazek dle dohody až 1,0, - pracovní dobu 7,5 hodiny denně, - nástupní mzdu od 35 100 Kč, - stravenkový paušál,- příspěvek na penzijní připojištění,- pohyblivou složku mzdy,- 5 týdnů dovolené, - supervize a další vzdělávání,- nástup dle dohody.
