Buscamos um(a) profissional para atuar como Analista de Especificação HVAC-R Sênior, sendo responsável por atuar estrategicamente junto aos principais especificadores e projetistas do mercado HVAC-R, promovendo soluções técnicas alinhadas às necessidades dos clientes e aos objetivos da Armacell. Sua atuação será fundamental para ampliar a presença da marca, garantir a especificação de nossos produtos em projetos e contribuir para o crescimento sustentável dos negócios na América do Sul.

O que você fará no dia a dia: - Interpretar as necessidades dos clientes;

- Apresentar solução de engenharia para projetos de isolamento térmico junto a projetistas e clientes;

- Informar a empresa sobre as tendências e uso de produtos de isolamento;

- Garantir a especificação de nosso material (marca e/ou características técnicas) em memorial técnico descritivo;

- Identificação de oportunidades nas fases iniciais (projetos e construções);

- Visitas em obra (quando necessário);

- Trabalhar sincronizado com vendedores da área para o desenvolvimento de oportunidades e resultados;

- Participação em eventos/feiras nacional e internacional com projetistas (formadores de opinião);

- Desenvolver relacionamento com novos formadores de opinião (projetistas e clientes);

- Aumentar nossa participação no mercado;

- Registrar visitas e atividades no sistema salesforce.com, garantindo o compartilhamento das informações;

- Contribuir com informações e ações para atingir os objetivos da Armacell.

O que esperamos de você: - Ensino superior completo em Engenharia, Administração ou áreas afins;

- Sólida experiência no segmento HVAC-R, atuando em áreas técnicas, comerciais, engenharia de aplicação ou orçamentos;

- Experiência em gestão de oportunidades e desenvolvimento de projetos;

- CNH válida e disponibilidade para viagens frequentes;

- Excelente comunicação e relacionamento interpessoal;

- Proatividade e orientação para resultados;

- Trabalho em equipe e colaboração;

Será um diferencial se você tiver: - Inglês intermediário;

- Espanhol intermediário.
