Zur Verstärkung unseres Kundenservice Center Teams suchen wir für unseren europäischen Hauptsitz in Münster zum nächstmöglichen Termin einen Koordinator SHK & Private Label (m/w/d).

Als wichtige Schnittstelle zwischen Kundenservice Center, Verkaufsorganisation und weiteren Fachbereichen sorgen Sie für eine reibungslose Zusammenarbeit und eine professionelle Betreuung unserer Kunden.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen rund um Produktsortiment, Preise, Rabatte, Konditionen, Vertriebswege und Bezugsmöglichkeiten
  • Erstellung und Koordination von Angeboten für Standardprodukte, Sonderanfertigungen, Objektgeschäfte und individuelle Kundenvereinbarungen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Vertrieb
  • Sicherstellung einer korrekten und termingerechten Pflege von Preisen und Konditionen in SAP
  • Professionelle schriftliche und telefonische Kommunikation mit internen und externen Kunden in deutscher und englischer Sprache
  • Vorbereitung von Unterlagen für Kundenverhandlungen und Jahresgespräche in Abstimmung mit der Verkaufsorganisation
  • Bestätigung von Kundenboni und Rückvergütungen, einschließlich Pflege der relevanten Vereinbarungen sowie Sicherstellung einer korrekten und termingerechten Abrechnung
  • Kalkulation von Einkaufs- und Wiederverkaufspreislisten sowie Durchführung von Margenkalkulationen und Wettbewerbsvergleichen
  • Unterstützung bei der Planung und Auswertung verkaufsfördernder Maßnahmen in Zusammenarbeit mit Außendienst und Verkaufsleitung
  • Erstellung von Umsatzstatistiken sowie kunden-, produkt- und marktbezogenen Auswertungen
  • Aufbereitung produktrelevanter Daten in unterschiedlichen Formaten für den elektronischen Datenaustausch mit Kunden
  • Pflege von Kundenstammdaten sowie vollständige und ordnungsgemäße Dokumentation relevanter Geschäftsvorgänge
  • Sicherstellung der telefonischen Erreichbarkeit gemeinsam mit dem Team während der definierten Servicezeiten

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung als Industriekaufmann (m/w/d), Kaufmann für Groß- und Außenhandel (m/w/d) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation; eine fachbezogene Zusatzqualifikation ist von Vorteil
  • Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Vertriebsinnendienst
  • Professionelle Anwenderkenntnisse des Microsoft Office Pakets, insbesondere sehr gute Excelkenntnisse sowie fundierte SAP SD Kenntnisse
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift; Kenntnisse einer zweiten Fremdsprache sind wünschenswert
  • Fundiertes technisches Fachwissen mit sehr guten Kenntnissen über unsere Produkte und Märkte
  • Gute rhetorische Fähigkeiten, sicher im Schriftverkehr und in der serviceorientierten Kommunikation am Telefon
  • Hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Analyse- und Organisationsfähigkeit, Einsatzbereitschaft, und insbesondere Flexibilität, Eigeninitiative, Teamgeist
