Pour accompagner nos clients et leur garantir une expérience de qualité. Vous maîtrisez parfaitement l’italien et souhaitez intégrer un environnement dynamique orienté relation client ? Rejoignez-nous !

Vos missions Répondre aux demandes des clients par téléphone, e-mail ou chat en langue italienne. Assurer un service client de qualité en apportant des réponses claires et adaptées. Accompagner les clients dans leurs démarches et le traitement de leurs demandes. Identifier les besoins des clients et proposer les solutions les plus adaptées. Garantir la satisfaction client et contribuer à la fidélisation. Assurer le suivi des dossiers et la mise à jour des informations dans les outils dédiés.

Profil recherché Excellente maîtrise de la langue italienne (orale et écrite). Bon niveau de communication et sens de l’écoute. Orientation client et capacité à gérer différentes situations avec professionnalisme. Aisance avec les outils informatiques. Une première expérience en relation client est un atout.
