Tu accompagneras une clientèle sourde et malentendante en utilisant la Langue des Signes Française (LSF) au quotidien.

►Assurer les échanges avec les clients en LSF, principalement en visioconférence, ainsi que par e-mail et chat. ►Informer, conseiller et accompagner les clients sur les produits et services proposés. ►Apporter des solutions adaptées aux demandes et garantir une expérience client de qualité. ►Être un véritable relais de communication en favorisant un accompagnement accessible et inclusif.

Ton profil : La maîtrise de la Langue des Signes Française (LSF) est indispensable pour ce poste.

Que tu sois une personne sourde, malentendante ou entendante maîtrisant la LSF, ta candidature nous intéresse !

Aucune expérience en relation client ni diplôme spécifique n’est exigé : nous te formerons à nos métiers. En revanche, une bonne maîtrise de la LSF est essentielle pour accompagner nos clients au quotidien.
