The posting

ARNE is a UK-based apparel and footwear brand based in Birchwood Park, near Warrington. We design and develop all our products in the UK, working with trusted manufacturing partners across both the near and far east.

All our products are available directly to customers through ARNEclo.com, offering a seamless online shopping experience. We’re also proud to be stocked in Selfridges, both in-store and online, and we’ve recently opened our first permanent retail store at Liverpool ONE – a huge milestone for the brand.

Looking ahead, we have ambitious goals for the next decade, and the team firmly believes they’re all achievable. From launching new product categories and expanding internationally to investing in paid media, CRM, and growing our retail presence — the next chapter for ARNE is shaping up to be an exciting one. And this is only the beginning!

We’ve come a long way from starting out in Mum’s bungalow back in 2018 to our all-new, fully bespoke HQ. This space will be our home for at least the next 5–10 years, and while it’s not quite our style to shout too loudly, it’s here that we plan to reach our goals, take ARNE global, and further establish ourselves as a truly iconic UK brand.

We are currently looking a Senior CRM Executive who will be responsible for developing and implementing CRM strategies that enhance customer retention, satisfaction, and lifetime value.

Your day-to-day role and responsibilities include:

  • Develop and implement CRM strategies that enhance customer retention, satisfaction, and lifetime value.
  • Oversee the CRM campaign execution across ARNE UK & International, utilising Email, SMS & App. From briefing in to performance reporting.
  • Develop ARNEs end-to-end automated CRM journey, ensuring triggers and segments are optimised to reach the customer at the right time.
  • Conduct weekly reporting on ARNE CRM performance, including insight and actions being taken forward to share with the wider business.
  • Liaise with the Brand and wider Marketing team to ensure all CRM requirements are briefed and synergy across the different customer touch-points.
  • Develop a robust CRM testing plan; ensuring we’re bringing the most value with every send and optimising based on insight.
  • Develop and scale new segment opportunities to bring added value from the channel.
  • Oversee a robust reactivation strategy, ensuring we increase the lifetime value of an ARNE customer.
  • Work with our in-house data team to execute bespoke campaigns based on insight.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a CRM role.
  • Previous experience of activated campaigns / automated journeys and subsequent reporting.
  • Experience using Klaviyo is advantageous.
  • Experience using platforms such as Shopify and Triple Whale are desirable.
  • Experience executing CRM strategies across multiple channels.
  • Highly organised and process driven.
  • Experience working on an International level is advantageous.
  • Ability to work both independently and part of a team.
  • Able to report on performance, identifying trends and actioning accordingly.
  • Strong stakeholder management.
  • Proactive, highly organised and process driven.
  • Experienced in customer segmentation and the ability to show value.
  • Familiar with Database Marketing laws (GDPR)
