Om oss

Aros Auto har funnits i mer än 40 år och är idag en av Sveriges mest kompletta bilanläggningar. Hos oss finns serviceverkstad, plåtverkstad, lackverkstad, glasverkstad, rekond och bilförsäljning – allt under samma tak.

Vi är ett familjärt men professionellt företag där laget alltid går före jaget. På vårt skadecenter i Västerås är vi idag 12 personer som arbetar tätt tillsammans.

Om rollen

Som skadetekniker blir du en del av ett kompetent team på vårt skadecenter i Västerås. Dina arbetsuppgifter omfattar:

  • Reparation av kaross- och plåtskador
  • Riktning och justering av karossdelar
  • Demontering och montering
  • Samarbete med kollegor för att säkerställa ett professionellt slutresultat

Hos oss arbetar vi strukturerat och metodiskt – där samarbete och laganda är lika viktiga som yrkesskicklighet.

  • Har erfarenhet som bilplåtslagare, bilmekaniker eller liknande – alternativt ett starkt praktiskt intresse
  • Har ett genuint fordonsintresse
  • Är noggrann och har öga för detaljer
  • Tar ansvar för ditt arbete och din arbetsplats
  • Trivs i ett lag där man hjälper varandra
  • Har ett lösningsorienterat arbetssätt

Relevant utbildning är meriterande men inte avgörande för rätt person. Körkort är ett krav.
