The posting

We are from SME company in Facilities Management, We are looking for suitable candidates across Singapore (eastern & central).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine preventive and corrective maintenance works for commercial ACMV systems to ensure high efficiency and operational reliability.
  • Troubleshoot and identify the root cause of complex electrical and mechanical faults, executing swift and effective corrective actions.
  • Handle installation, alteration, and testing & commissioning (T&C) works for commercial cooling and electrical systems.
  • Respond promptly to urgent breakdown calls and execute restorative works to minimize system downtime.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed, accurate monthly logs for all servicing, maintenance, and repair jobs.
  • Carry out any other ad-hoc operational tasks as assigned by the management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum NITEC / Higher NITEC in Engineering, Electrical, Mechanical, Air-Conditioning, Automotive, or a related technical field.
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience working with commercial air-conditioning, ACMV/HVAC, or related industrial cooling infrastructure.
  • Familiarity with condition monitoring systems will be considered a strong advantage.
  • Robust troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical capabilities, paired with strong communication skills.
