Ingénieur Assurance Qualité Fournisseur H/F

Le poste

Vous jouerez un rôle clé dans le suivi des fournisseurs à l'international et dans la maîtrise de la qualité des produits approvisionnés (horodateurs, machines de billetterie ferroviaire, etc.).

En tant que représentant(e) de l'AQF, vous serez également en charge des relations avec l'ensemble des Services du Groupe.

Les missions

- Surveiller l’ensemble des moyens humains et matériels mis en place par les fournisseurs,

- Vérifier la pertinence du système qualité des fournisseurs,

- S’assurer de la bonne application par le biais d’actions de surveillance et d’audits process,

- Assister les fournisseurs dans la mise en place d’outils qualité adaptés aux exigences du Groupe,

- Suivre et faire évoluer les contrôles et moyens nécessaires à l’assurance qualité (plan de surveillance, notice de fabrication…),

- Gérer et traiter les non conformités fournisseurs,

- Piloter les dérogations,

- Suivre et analyser les indicateurs de pilotage,

- Définir avec les fournisseurs les plans d’amélioration,

- Réaliser les audits de sélection et qualification fournisseurs,

- Piloter le plan d’évolution fournisseurs par rapport à la stratégie industrielle,

- Etre l’interlocuteur des fournisseurs pour les demandes relatives aux outillages,

- Assurer le reporting à la hiérarchie,

Poste avec des déplacements fréquents en France et à l'étranger selon les besoins (1 à 2 semaines/mois).

Votre profil

- Bac +4/+5 dans le domaine de la qualité industrielle et/ou génie industriel

- 5 ans d'expérience minimum au sein d’un Service Qualité dans un environnement industriel

- Anglais: niveau avancé / Français: niveau bilingue ou langue maternelle

- Maîtrise des audits fournisseurs et des méthodes de résolution de problèmes

- Connaissances techniques exigées en mécanique et en électronique, normes qualité, outils qualité

- Des connaissances PLM / ERP sont fortement recommandées

- Capacité à challenger les fournisseurs avec une posture de référent(e)

- Qualités requises: excellente communication, esprit d'équipe, sens décisionnel, organisation.

Le poste est basé à Besançon, France.
