LE RÔLE

Nous recherchons un(e) Gestionnaire Administration des Ventes (H/F) rigoureux(se), engagé(e) et collaboratif(ve) pour rejoindre notre équipe Opérations / Smart City basée à Besançon. Dans ce rôle clé, vous serez garant(e) de l'exécution et du pilotage complet des commandes, depuis leur enregistrement initial jusqu'à la livraison et la facturation client. En étroite collaboration avec les équipes Commerciales, Logistique et Finance, vous assurerez le respect strict des engagements contractuels, la maîtrise des contraintes administratives et le traitement des litiges éventuels. C'est une excellente opportunité de contribuer directement à la réussite opérationnelle de nos projets de mobilité urbaine et de technologies pour la ville intelligente.

COMMENT FAIRE LA DIFFÉRENCE (VOTRE IMPACT)

- Piloter le cycle de commande de bout en bout : Gérer l'enregistrement, la planification et le suivi rigoureux des commandes dans l'ERP, en veillant au respect des délais et des engagements contractuels.

- Soutenir les activités d'avant-vente : Accompagner les commerciaux et ingénieurs d'affaires en amont de la prise de commande (prix, délais, incoterms, révision de prix), rédiger les devis et vérifier la faisabilité technique et fonctionnelle des demandes.

- Garantir la conformité douanière et fiscale : Établir et contrôler les documents d'expédition conformément aux réglementations légales et douanières, en lien avec les services juridiques.

- Suivre la logistique et les expéditions : Veiller à la disponibilité des produits, suivre les reliquats de commandes, synchroniser les unités d’œuvres et veiller au choix des meilleurs prestataires de transport international.

- Assurer la facturation et le suivi financier : Préparer et émettre la facturation en conformité avec les contrats et marchés, déposer les factures sur les portails dédiés et collaborer avec la Finance (Credit Manager) pour le recouvrement des créances.

- Gérer la relation client et les réclamations : Être le point de contact privilégié pour le traitement des dysfonctionnements, des non-conformités et des litiges logistiques ou de facturation.

- Maintenir la fiabilité des données : Créer, mettre à jour et administrer les comptes clients et le carnet de commandes au sein du CRM et des outils de gestion.

À PROPOS DE VOUS

Vous êtes une personne proactive, méthodique et dotée d'un grand sens du service client. Vous appréciez le travail en équipe pluridisciplinaire et savez gérer des flux administratifs et logistiques complexes avec rigueur et autonomie. Reconnu(e) pour vos qualités relationnelles, votre diplomatie et votre réactivité, vous abordez la résolution des problèmes avec pragmatisme et faites preuve d'une excellente gestion des priorités face à des délais contraints.

VOTRE PROFIL

- Formation : Diplôme de niveau Bac+2 minimum (BTS/DUT en Gestion, Commerce International, ADV, Logistique ou équivalent).

- Expérience : Expérience réussie en administration des ventes (ADV), gestion des commandes ou support commercial/logistique.

- Compétences linguistiques : Maîtrise parfaite et courante du français (écrit et oral) obligatoire.

- Outils informatiques : Maîtrise confirmée des logiciels ERP, des CRM et des outils bureautiques courants (Suite Google, Pack Office / Excel).

- Sens du relationnel : Excellentes compétences de communication écrite et orale en français, avec une posture bienveillante, pédagogue et orientée solutions.

- Rigueur et polyvalence : Grande capacité d’organisation, esprit d'analyse et agilité pour gérer plusieurs dossiers et commandes en parallèle.

- Atouts supplémentaires : Une connaissance des marchés publics, des règles douanières (Incoterms) ou des environnements techniques (matériel/logiciel) constitue un réel plus.
