Técnico Mecatrónico de Mantenimiento de Equipos

Educación:

  • Título de Técnico en Mecatrónica, Electricidad, Electrónica o área relacionada.

Experiencia Requerida:

  • Experiencia mínima de 6 años en lectura e interpretación de planos eléctricos, neumáticos e hidráulicos.
  • Experiencia mínima de 5 años en la generación de respaldos, cargas y descargas de programas en PLC's y HMI's.
  • Experiencia mínima de 3 años en mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo de unidades hidráulicas para maquinaria, identificación de riesgos para trabajos en alturas, y elaboración de análisis de causa raíz.

Conocimientos Técnicos Necesarios:

  • Avanzado: Medición de corriente y voltaje en circuitos eléctricos, principio de funcionamiento de variadores de velocidad para motores de CA, mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo a sistemas neumáticos, sistemas de control y potencia, y mecanismos articulados por servodrives, reemplazo de sensores inductivos, capacitivos y ópticos.
  • Intermedio: Modificación de comandos y Tags en diagrama escalera (PLC), diagnóstico de fallas a través de diagramas lógicos (PLC), y diagnóstico de fallas a través de instrucciones (Teach Pendant).
  • Básico: Mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo a mecanismos de conformado, punzonado y sistemas de refrigeración.

Relaciones Internas / Funcionales:

  • Colaboración estrecha con los departamentos de Producción, Mantenimiento de Servicios Generales, Ingeniería y Calidad para garantizar el óptimo funcionamiento de los equipos.

Responsabilidades y Actividades Específicas:

  1. Recibir y ejecutar órdenes de trabajo asignadas, gestionando eficientemente las refacciones y materiales necesarios.
  2. Retroalimentar detalladamente la información relevante para análisis posterior en el sistema CMMS.
  3. Generar solicitudes de trabajo para corregir desviaciones y participar en investigaciones de averías (RCA).
  4. Contribuir activamente en procesos de mejora continua, ambiental y estratégica.
  5. Apoyar en la actualización de rutinas y procedimientos de mantenimiento preventivo.
  6. Mantener al supervisor informado sobre el progreso de las órdenes de trabajo y cualquier pendiente durante el turno.
  7. Registrar de manera precisa en la bitácora o sistema de mantenimiento los acontecimientos relevantes.
  8. Colaborar en la recolección de datos sobre listas de partes y especificaciones de equipos.
  9. Participar en reuniones diarias de mantenimiento y producción para dar seguimiento a los pendientes.
  10. Implementar y mantener los estándares de organización 5S en el área de trabajo.
  11. Contribuir al registro y medición del consumo de energéticos y apoyar en temas de planificación.
  12. Participar en la elaboración de procedimientos estándar de trabajo para mejorar la eficiencia y seguridad.
