TÉCNICO DE MANTENIMIENTO (Equipo de Manufactura)

DEPENDENCIA DIRECTA: Supervisor de Mantenimiento de Equipos

PROPÓSITO GENERAL DEL PUESTO Función Principal: Mantener el funcionamiento continuo del equipo de producción realizando trabajos de mantenimiento.

RESPONSABILIDADES ESPECÍFICAS

  1. Recibir órdenes de trabajo asignadas para su ejecución y solicitar partes y materiales previamente separados del almacén.
  2. Ejecutar órdenes de trabajo y proporcionar retroalimentación con información relevante y detallada para su análisis en el sistema CMMS.
  3. Generar solicitudes de trabajo para corregir desviaciones encontradas.
  4. Participar en análisis de fallas o investigaciones (RCA).
  5. Participar en procesos o proyectos de mejora continua, ambientales y estratégicos.
  6. Apoyar en la actualización de rutinas y procedimientos de mantenimiento preventivo.
  7. Informar al supervisor sobre la finalización de las órdenes de trabajo, así como sobre cualquier problema pendiente que surja durante su turno.
  8. Registrar problemas relevantes en el libro de bitácora o sistema de mantenimiento.
  9. Apoyar en la recolección de datos relacionados con listas de partes y especificaciones de equipos.
  10. Asistir a reuniones diarias de mantenimiento y producción para dar seguimiento a las solicitudes pendientes.
  11. Realizar el 5S en su área de trabajo.
  12. Apoyar en el registro y medición del consumo de energía.
  13. Apoyar a la gestión en temas relacionados con la planificación.
  14. Apoyar en el desarrollo de procedimientos de trabajo estándar.

PERFIL DEL PUESTO

EDUCACIÓN FORMAL MÍNIMA REQUERIDA: Escuela técnica o TSU en electricidad, mecánica u otra relacionada con mantenimiento industrial.

EXPERIENCIA MÍNIMA REQUERIDA:

Habilidades de oxiacetileno y soldadura: Deseable

Conocimientos en mantenimiento y diagnóstico de montacargas y motores de combustión interna: Deseable

Dominio en la lectura e interpretación de planos neumáticos, eléctricos e hidráulicos: 3 años

Capacidad para detectar y diagnosticar fallas hidráulicas y neumáticas mediante la lectura de diagramas: 3 años

Capacidad para detectar y diagnosticar fallas eléctricas mediante la lectura de diagramas y el uso de equipos de medición:5 años

Conocimiento de diagramas unifilares: 5 años

REQUISITOS:

Comunicacion: Elaboración de informes precisos y oportunos, Participación en la resolución de problemas y toma de acciones independientes.

Enfoque en Calidad: Atención al detalle y precisión, compromiso con la excelencia, búsqueda de la mejora continua, monitoreo de los niveles de calidad, investigación de la causa raíz de problemas de calidad y toma de acciones para resolver problemas de calidad.

Enfoque en Productividad: Priorización de tareas, desarrollo de buenos procedimientos de trabajo, gestión del tiempo y los recursos de manera efectiva, asegurando cargas de trabajo equilibradas, y gestión del flujo de información.

  • Manipuladores de materiales automáticos: Intermedio
  • Sistemas de lubricación: Avanzado
  • Sistemas hidráulicos y neumáticos: Avanzado
  • Máquinas perforadoras: Intermedio
  • Enfriadores, torres y sistemas de refrigeración: Intermedio
  • Sistemas de extracción de polvo y humos: Intermedio
  • Accionamientos y fuentes de alimentación: Intermedio
  • Equipos con control de movimiento: Intermedio
  • Sensores de detección, inductivos, capacitivos y ópticos: Básico
  • Interbloqueos de equipos y celdas de trabajo: Básico
