Dualer Student Gesundheitsmanagement (B.A.) (w/m/d) | Mannheim/Ludwigshafen

Die ascatu GmbH bietet Dir einen dualen Studienplatz im Bereich Bachelor of Arts Gesundheitsmanagement, unter anderem in Kooperation mit der Deutschen Hochschule für Prävention und Gesundheitsmanagement (DHfPG) oder der IU. Während Deines dualen Studiums arbeitest Du 24-32 Stunden pro Woche an unserem Standort in Mannheim/Ludwigshafen und verbindest Dein Studium direkt mit wertvollen Praxiserfahrungen in der Arbeitsmedizin.

Die ascatu GmbH ist ein etablierter Dienstleister für Arbeitsmedizin und Betriebliches Gesundheitsmanagement. Mit einem interdisziplinären Team aus Arbeitsmedizinerinnen, Psychologinnen, Medizinischen Fachangestellten (MFA) sowie weiteren Expert*innen unterstützen wir Unternehmen unterschiedlichster Branchen bei der Förderung der Gesundheit ihrer Beschäftigten und der Entwicklung nachhaltiger Präventionsmaßnahmen. Persönliche Betreuung, individuelle Lösungen und eine vertrauensvolle Zusammenarbeit stehen dabei im Mittelpunkt.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Du lernst in unseren Praxen die Grundlagen arbeitsmedizinischer Abläufe und Untersuchungen kennen
  • Du unterstützt bei Vorsorgen sowohl in den Praxisräumen als auch bei unseren Kunden vor Ort
  • Du arbeitest eng mit unseren Ärztinnen und Ärzten auf Augenhöhe zusammen
  • Du bedienst medizinische Instrumente und Geräte und assistierst den Ärzten und Ärztinnen während Untersuchungen
  • Du übernimmst Verwaltungstätigkeiten, wie die Dokumentation der Behandlungsabläufe

Deine Startvoraussetzungen:

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Hochschulreife sowie Interesse an arbeitsmedizinischen Themen
  • Bereitschaft zur Außendiensttätigkeit sowie Führerschein der Klasse B
  • Gute MS-Office Kenntnisse und eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Ausgeprägte Dienstleistungsorientierung und kundenorientierte Arbeitsweise mit hohem Servicegedanken
  • Eigenverantwortlicher, Strukturierter Arbeitsstil sowie hohe Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke
