The posting

Art of Problem Solving is seeking a Product Manager for the Customer Experience group to build the products and systems that help our campuses operate and grow. You will own a cross-functional pod focused on two important opportunities: helping our 25+ campuses operate efficiently while delivering an exceptional experience for families.

This role sits at the intersection of product, operations, and growth. You will partner closely with Design, Engineering, Educational Services, Academics, and other teams to understand how work happens today, identify the highest-impact opportunities, and translate those insights into scalable product solutions. You will use data, customer and operator insights, and structured experimentation to prioritize investments and measure their impact.

The Product Manager, School Operations will:

  • Own the vision and roadmap for product capabilities supporting critical campus workflows, from class setup and instructor staffing through day-to-day operations, customer service, and communications.
  • Develop a deep understanding of campus operations; identify bottlenecks, manual work, and fragmented experiences, and translate them into scalable product solutions.
  • Use quantitative data, customer and operator insights, and structured experimentation to prioritize opportunities, define success metrics, and evaluate impact.
  • Partner with Design and Engineering to build and iterate on solutions across internal tools, CRM, and customer- and campus-facing experiences.
  • Work across organizational and system boundaries to improve end-to-end workflows rather than individual tools or steps in isolation.
  • Communicate roadmap priorities, insights, results, and trade-offs clearly to cross-functional stakeholders and leadership.

The ideal candidate has:

  • 3+ years of product management experience, with hands-on ownership of measurable product or business outcomes such as conversion, adoption, retention, operational efficiency, or growth.
  • Track record of shipping products end-to-end, from problem definition through launch and iteration, using both quantitative data and qualitative user insights.
  • Strong systems thinking, with demonstrated ability to understand and simplify complex workflows spanning multiple users, teams, and systems.
  • Strong data fluency and ability to self-serve product, funnel, cohort, or operational analysis using SQL or analytics tools such as Mixpanel, Amplitude, or Google Analytics.
  • Able to bring structure to ambiguous, complex problems, identify root causes, and translate them into clear product opportunities and priorities. Strong stakeholder management and influence skills, with demonstrated ability to build alignment, navigate competing priorities, and drive decisions across teams without direct authority.
  • Strong written and verbal communicator, able to clearly articulate product strategy, decisions, and trade-offs to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to adopt emerging tools and new ways of working to improve the speed and quality of product discovery, analysis, prototyping, and execution.
  • Experience building products for multi-location operations, B2B/B2B2C businesses, enrollment-driven businesses, or other operationally complex environments.
  • Growth product experience, particularly designing and analyzing A/B tests, cohorts, or funnel conversion and segmentation.
  • Experience with CRM, enrollment, scheduling, payments, workflow automation, or other operational systems.
  • Experience in EdTech or supporting schools, retails, or other forms of operational experience.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
