Description du poste

Au sein de l’équipe d’Infrastructures, à titre de Technicien·ne en facturation :

Vos responsabilités

  • Analyser et accomplir tout le processus de facturation, de suivi des projets d'un portefeuille de projets attitrés ;
  • Assister les chargés de projet à travers le cycle de vie financier d’un projet (c.-à-d. ouverture, suivi, mise à jour et fermeture du projet) ;
  • Préparer et analyser les rapports et les factures tout en s’assurant que les ententes des différents contrats sont respectées ;
  • Effectuer le suivi des travaux en cours, profits et pertes, méthodes de facturation, etc. ;
  • Effectuer toutes autres tâches connexes.

Qualifications

Votre profil

  • Technique (DEC) ou AEC ou DEP en administration, option comptabilité, finance ou équivalent;
  • Expérience pertinente de 3 années minimum;
  • Expérience en facturation et suivi de projet dans le domaine du service conseil, un atout;
  • Connaissance du logiciel Great Plains, un atout;
  • Débrouillard, autonome et minutieux;
  • Bonnes connaissances informatiques;
  • Très bonne connaissance du français ; anglais fonctionnel, un atout.
