Die Klinik Vincentinum ist ein familiäres und gleichzeitig modernes Krankenhaus der Grund- und Regelversorgung im Herzen von Augsburg. Als Teil der medizinisch renommierten Artemed Klinikgruppe verfügt die Klinik über 200 stationäre Betten sowie 48 teilstationäre Behandlungsplätze. Rund 90 renommierte Ärzte und Belegärzte sowie 450 Mitarbeiter betreuen hier pro Jahr rund 20.000 Patienten in den verschiedenen konservativen und chirurgischen Fachdisziplinen.

Für den Aufbau einer Hauptfachabteilung für Innere Medizin mit dem Schwerpunkt Gastroenterologie suchen wir eine unternehmerisch denkende führungsstarke Persönlichkeit mit Hands-on Mentalität.

Stellenbeschreibung

Sie verfügen über die Facharztanerkennung für Innere Medizin und Gastroenterologie sowie vorzugsweise über fundierte, langjährige klinische Erfahrung idealerweise in leitender Funktion (z.B. als leitender Oberarzt oder Chefarzt). Sie besitzen eine umfassende Expertise im Bereich der interventionellen Endoskopie sowie allen gängigen Diagnostik- und Behandlungsmethoden im Bereich der Gastroenterologie.

Sie sind eine starke und gleichzeitig einfühlsame Führungspersönlichkeit und bringen viel Engagement und Gestaltungswillen mit. Ihren Patienten und Ihren Kollegen aller Ebenen und Berufsgruppen begegnen Sie mit einem hohen Maß an Respekt und Empathie und eine vertrauensvolle Zusammenarbeit mit allen am Behandlungsprozess beteiligten Personen ist für Sie selbstverständlich. Im Rahmen des Aufbaus der Abteilung sind Sie mitverantwortlich für den Aufbau des weiteren Ärzteteams sowie die fachliche und personelle Weiterentwicklung Ihres Bereiches.
