Unter der Leitung von Frau Dr. med. Stefanie Patermann erweitern wir unsere bestehende Sektion Schmerztherapie und das etablierte ambulante MVZ für Schmerztherapie um das Angebot der stationären multimodalen Schmerztherapie (IMST).

Für den Aufbau und die Etablierung dieses neuen stationären Bereichs, suchen wir eine engagierte oberärztliche Verstärkung, die Lust auf echten Gestaltungsspielraum und Pionierarbeit innerhalb unserer Sektion hat.

Stellenbeschreibung

  • Aufbau & Etablierung: Die neue stationäre multimodale Schmerztherapie aufbauen und eng mit der bestehenden ambulanten Struktur verzahnen.
  • Patientenversorgung: Oberärztliche Betreuung, Diagnostik und Therapieplanung unserer stationären Schmerzpatienten sowie Übernahme der stationsärztlichen Tätigkeit und Vertretung der Sektionsleitung.
  • Weiterbildung: Strukturierte Aus- und Weiterbildung der ärztlichen Kolleginnen und Kollegen innerhalb der Sektion sowie anderer klinischer Fächer.
  • Teamarbeit: Aktiver Mitaufbau des neuen, interdisziplinären Stationsteams (Pflege, Physio/Ergotherapie, Psychologie).
  • Kooperation: Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den orthopädischen Abteilungen sowie der Anästhesie des Hauses in der schmerztherapeutischen Behandlung.

Qualifikationen

  • Qualifikation: Facharzt (m/w/d) für Anästhesiologie, Orthopädie/Unfallchirurgie, Neurologie, Physikalische und Rehabilitative Medizin oder Innere Medizin.
  • Zusatzbezeichnung & Weiterbildung: Spezielle Schmerztherapie ist zwingend erforderlich; eine Ausbildung in Psychosomatischer Grundversorgung ist von Vorteil
  • Mindset: Pioniergeist, Organisationstalent und Freude an kommunikativen Austausch.
  • Motivation, Verantwortung zu übernehmen und gemeinsam etwas zu bewegen
