Das Heilig-Geist Hospital Bensheim gehört seit Juli 2016 zur Artemed Gruppe. Wir sind eine moderne, aufstrebende Klinik mit 135 Betten und über 350 Mitarbeitenden. Unsere Zentrale Notaufnahme (ZNA) ist eine wichtige Anlaufstelle für die Erstversorgung und Einschätzung von Patientinnen und Patienten mit akuten gesundheitlichen Beschwerden. Zur Unterstützung unseres engagierten Teams suchen wir eine verantwortungsbewusste und organisationsstarke Persönlichkeit mit Triage-Weiterbildung

Stellenbeschreibung

  • Erste Anlaufstelle für Patientinnen und Patienten in der Zentralen Notaufnahme
  • Durchführung der Ersteinschätzung (Triage) nach dem im Haus etablierten Verfahren und entsprechend der Qualifikation
  • Erfassung der Beschwerden sowie Aufnahme und Dokumentation der gesamten Vitalparameter
  • Einschätzung der Behandlungsdringlichkeit im Rahmen der erworbenen Triage-Qualifikation
  • Organisation und Koordination der Patientenaufnahme und der weiteren Abläufe in der ZNA
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Ärztinnen und Ärzten sowie dem Pflegepersonal
  • Unterstützung bei der Vorbereitung diagnostischer und therapeutischer Maßnahmen
  • Überwachung und Weiterleitung von Informationen bei Veränderungen des Patientenzustandes
  • Sicherstellung einer strukturierten Dokumentation und Einhaltung der geltenden Hygiene- und Qualitätsstandards
  • Freundliche und empathische Betreuung von Patientinnen, Patienten und Angehörigen auch in belastenden Situationen

Qualifikationen

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Medizinische/r Fachangestellte/r, Notfallsanitäter, Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger/in oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Abgeschlossene MTS-Weiterbildung oder die Bereitschaft, diese zu absolvieren
  • Idealerweise Berufserfahrung in einer Notaufnahme, Ärztlicher Bereitschaftsdienst oder einem vergleichbaren medizinischen Bereich
  • Ausgeprägtes Verantwortungsbewusstsein und eine strukturierte, sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
  • Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit und ein empathischer Umgang mit Patientinnen und Patienten
  • Teamfähigkeit und Freude an der interdisziplinären Zusammenarbeit
  • Belastbarkeit, Flexibilität und Organisationsgeschick, insbesondere in dynamischen Situationen
  • Sicherer Umgang mit medizinischer Dokumentation und gängigen EDV-Systemen
  • Bereitschaft zur fachlichen Fort- und Weiterbildung
  • Freundliches bestimmtes und klares Auftreten beim Abfragen sensibler Daten und Einholen von Unterschriftlich
  • Ruhige, respektvoller und besonnener Umgang mit schmerzgeplagten Patienten, ängstlichen Angehörigen oder fordernden Personen im Wartebereich
