Das Benedictus Krankenhaus Tutzing am Starnberger See bei München ist eine Einrichtung mit herausragender medizinischer und pflegerischer Kompetenz sowie ein akademisches Lehrkrankenhaus der Technischen Universität München (TUM). Das zur Artemed Klinikgruppe gehörende Akutkrankenhaus verfügt neben der Grund- und Regelversorgung über acht chefärztlich geführte, spezialisierte Fachbereiche. Unser Haus ist mit rund 200 Betten, fünf Operationssälen, zwei Linksherzkatheter-Messplätzen, einer Intensivstation mit bis zu 16 Behandlungsplätzen sowie moderner CT- und MRT-Bildgebung ausgestattet. Außerdem stehen eine Notaufnahme und ein Hubschrauberlandeplatz rund um die Uhr bereit. Die Basis unseres Erfolgs sind unsere 550 engagierten und empathischen Mitarbeiter.

Zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt suchen wir einen Oberarzt (m/w/d) Notfallmedizin mit Zusatzweiterbildung Klinische Akut- und Notfallmedizin in Voll- oder Teilzeit.

Stellenbeschreibung

  • Oberärztliche Leitung und Supervision in der interdisziplinären Notaufnahme
  • Versorgung und Steuerung akut und kritisch kranker Patienten – inner- wie außerklinisch
  • Wünschenswert Fachärztliche Versorgung mit Schwerpunkt Unfallchirurgie / Orthopädie
  • Schnittstelle zwischen Rettungsdienst, Intensivstation, OP, Normalstation und weiterbehandelnden Fachbereichen
  • Teilnahme an Ruf- und Hintergrunddiensten der Notaufnahme bzw. der Unfallchirurgie
  • Mitarbeit bei der Weiterentwicklung der notfallmedizinischen Prozesse, Qualitätsstandards und Patientenpfade
  • Interdisziplinäre Ausbildung und Supervision von Assistenzärzt:innen sowie enge Zusammenarbeit mit Pflege- und Rettungsdienstpersonal

Qualifikationen

  • Anerkennung als Facharzt (m/w/d) für Orthopädie und Unfallchirurgie oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Zusatzweiterbildung Klinische Akut- und Notfallmedizin (oder weit fortgeschrittene Weiterbildung)
  • Fundierte Erfahrung in der Notfallversorgung und Schockraumversorgung
  • Hohes Maß an Entscheidungsfähigkeit, Teamgeist und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung in der außerklinischen Notfallversorgung (z. B. als Notarzt im Rettungsdienst)
  • Bereitschaft zur Mitgestaltung zukunftsorientierter Versorgungsstrukturen im Akutbereich
