Das Hospital zum Heiligen Geist in Kempen ist ein wachsendes und zukunftsorientiertes Krankenhaus, das mit seinen 13 Fachabteilungen die Grund- und Regelversorgung am Niederrhein sicherstellt. Unser operativer Schwerpunkt umfasst ein breites und hochspezialisiertes Spektrum:

  • Allgemein- und Viszeralchirurgie
  • Orthopädie und Unfallchirurgie
  • Wirbelsäulenchirurgie
  • Urologie (inklusive Da Vinci-Robotersystem)
  • Venen- und Dermatochirurgie
  • Gynäkologie & Beckenbodenzentrum
  • Hals-Nasen-Ohren-Heilkunde (HNO)
  • Anästhesie, Intensiv- und Notfallmedizin
  • Neuromodulation

Mit der jüngsten Modernisierung und Erweiterung unseres OP-Trakts steuern Sie das operative Geschehen in insgesamt 9 modernen Operationssälen (5 etablierte Bestandssäle sowie 4 hochmoderne, neu eröffnete Säle).

Stellenbeschreibung

In Ihrer Position unterstützen Sie das Team bei:

  • Organisatorische Gesamtverantwortung & Stabsstelle: Sie steuern den Zentral-OP als eigenständigen, hochkomplexen Funktionsbereich. Dabei agieren Sie als direkte Stabsstelle zur Klinikleitung und vertreten die Betriebsabläufe fundiert gegenüber dem Direktorium und den operativen Chefärzten
  • Tägliche OP-Koordination: Sie leiten und moderieren die tägliche OP-Plan-Besprechung, steuern das laufende Tagesprogramm und lösen tagesaktuelle Kapazitätskonflikte souverän und interdisziplinär
  • Strategischer OP-Zirkel: Sie bereiten den monatlichen OP-Zirkel inhaltlich vor, führen diesen durch und präsentieren den Chefärzten sowie dem Direktorium die statistische Auswertung des Vormonates (z. B. Auslastung, Wechselzeiten und OP Belange)
  • Fortlaufende Aktualisierung des OP Statutes
  • Operatives Ressourcen- & Raummanagement: In enger Kooperation mit den OP-planenden Fachabteilungen organisieren Sie die optimale, bedarfsgerechte Zuteilung der Personal- und Raumressourcen.
  • Schnittstellen Management
  • Ausbau des ambulanten OP Zentrums
  • Qualitätssicherung & Zertifizierungen: Sie stellen die strikte Einhaltung aller medizinischen, gesetzlichen und hygienischen Anforderungen sicher
  • Zudem verantworten Sie die aktive Vorbereitung und erfolgreiche Teilnahme an klinischen Auditierungs- und Zertifizierungsprozessen

Qualifikationen

Dazu bringen Sie mit:

  • Erfahrung: Mindestens 3 Jahre fundierte Berufserfahrung in einer OP- oder Anästhesie-Leitungsfunktion bzw. in der OP-Koordination sowie fundierte Erfahrung mit Zertifizierungsprozessen im Gesundheitswesen
  • Ausbildung: Qualifikation als OTA (Operationstechnischer Assistent), ATA (Anästhesietechnischer Assistent), in der Krankenpflege, als Fachkrankenpfleger für den Operationsdienst / Intensivpflege- und Anästhesie oder ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Klinikmanagement / OP-Management (IHK) bzw. eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mindset: Ausgeprägte analytische Denkweise (insb. für das Kennzahlen-Reporting), hohes Organisationstalent und eine lösungsorientierte Hands-on-Mentalität
  • Systeme & Tools: Sicherer und routinierter Umgang mit dem Krankenhausinformationssystem Orbis zur statistischen Auswertung sowie fundierte Kenntnisse in Microsoft Word und Excel
