Die Klinik Lilienthal bei Bremen ist mit einer breiten internistischen und hochspezialisierten orthopädischen/ unfallchirurgischen Ausrichtung erster kompetenter Ansprechpartner für die umliegende Bevölkerung. Gleichzeitig steht Lilienthal für die Spezialversorgung im Bereich der Erkrankungen des Bewegungsapparates, der Verdauungsorgane, in der Haut- und Venenchirurgie sowie in der Elektrophysiologie. Unsere Stärken sind Innovation, flache Hierarchien und kurze Wege. Wir suchen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine Regionalleitung für unser Medizincontrolling (m/w/d).

Stellenbeschreibung

Für den Bereich Medizincontrolling suchen wir eine Regionalleitung Medizincontrolling (m/w/d) in Vollzeit.

Ihre Aufgaben bei uns:

  • Verantwortung für die strategische und operative Steuerung des Medizincontrollings innerhalb einer Region mit mehreren Krankenhäusern und MVZ
  • Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung der regionalen Medizincontrolling-Teams
  • Überwachung und Sicherstellung der Kodierqualität sowie Beratung der Kodierfachkräfte
  • Überwachung des Abteilungsprozesses und Sicherstellung der Qualitätsstandards
  • Bearbeitung von Klagefällen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Rechtsanwälten der Klinik
  • Unterstützung im MD-Management sowie bei der Vorbereitung von Strukturprüfungen
  • Erstellung von Auswertungen und Reports zur medizinischen Leistungsentwicklung
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Klinikleitung sowie den medizinischen und administrativen Bereichen

Qualifikationen

Was wir uns von Ihnen wünschen:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Gesundheitswesen, der Gesundheitsökonomie, Medizin, Pflegewissenschaften oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung in der fachlichen Führung bzw. Koordination eines Teams
  • Fundierte Expertise im DRG-System, der Krankenhausfinanzierung sowie im Prüfverfahren
  • Anwendungssichere Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen mit den Klassifikationssystemen nach ICD und OPS sowie den Abrechnungsbestimmungen
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Engagement und Teamgeist
  • Kommunikationsstärke sowie Freude an der Zusammenarbeit und Weiterentwicklung eines Teams
