Agil-IT, située à Isneauville (près de Rouen) est une entité spécialisée en Data, Développement et pilotage de projets IT. Forte de plus de 20 ans d’expertise, elle accompagne les entreprises, principalement implantées en Normandie dans leur transformation digitale.

Reconnue pour son exigence technique et ses valeurs humaines, elle est aujourd’hui un acteur clé en offrant des prestations d‘audit, de conseil, de mise en œuvre, de migration, de support et des formations pour diverses clients.

Nous recherchons pour l'un de nos clients basé en IdF un chef de projet PMO qui aura en charge le pilotage de la conception, de l'évolution, de la maintenance et du développement des flux inter-applicatifs. Il jouera un rôle d’interface entre les équipes métiers et les équipes techniques, en assurant la cohérence technique des livrables. Il pilotera les équipes MOE en collaboration avec le Tech-Lead, participera activement à la structuration des flux, à leur documentation, et au bon déroulement des projets d’intégration. Référent méthodologique, il appliquera les bonnes pratiques d’AMOE (notamment la mise en place d’un cadre agile/scrum).

Votre mission (si vous l’acceptez) :

  • Intervenir en tant que Chef de projet technique / AMOE, en appui du Tech Lead.
  • Participer aux ateliers de conception de développements complexes et transverses.
  • Contribuer à la définition technique des flux inter-applicatifs (API, fichiers).
  • Accompagner les développeurs et les équipes MOE dans les projets d’intégration.
  • Participer à la structuration des environnements, du versioning, et du monitoring applicatif.
  • Favoriser la documentation et l’industrialisation des flux.
  • Intervenir en tant qu’AMOA sur les projets où les processus fonctionnels sont maîtrisés.
  • Encadrer et participer aux phases de recette

Le terrain de jeu ?

  • Compréhension des architectures d’intégration
  • Connaissance des langages Object Script, Python et SQL

Le profil que nous recherchons :

  • Diplôme : Bac +3 à Bac +5 en Informatique / Systèmes d’information / Project Management
  • Vous avec une expérience de 3 ans minimum sur un poste similaire
  • Vous faites preuve de rigueur, d’agilité et de proactivité, et disposez d’une excellente aisance rédactionnelle
  • Vous avez un sens aigu de la priorisation et du delivery
  • Vous avez une aisance à naviguer entre des équipes fonctionnelles et techniques

Conditions & rémunération :

  • Localisation : Boulogne-Billancourt
  • Télétravail : 1 à2 jours par semaine après onboarding
  • Démarrage : ASAP
  • Statut : Indépendant / Freelance
  • TJM : Entre 500€ et 550€ (Selon votre expertise)
