Quem somos?Somos Vida em Movimento.Pelas nossas estradas passam muito além de veículos, aqui conectamos pessoas e dinamizamos o transporte de cargas entre alguns dos mais importantes eixos econômicos do País.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesComo ANALISTA DE PMO JR, você será responsável por: Auxiliar na capacitação das equipes em processos, ferramentas e boas práticas de Gerenciamento de Projetos aplicadas a projetos de investimentos, apoiando a elaboração de cronogramas, gestão de mudanças, Termos de Abertura e demais documentos de projeto.

Apoiar a aplicação das metodologias, processos e ferramentas de Gestão de Projetos definidos pela área de PMO, contribuindo para a adequada condução dos projetos.

Auxiliar na revisão dos processos de Gerenciamento de Projetos existentes, contribuindo com o levantamento de oportunidades de melhoria, inovação e otimização.

Apoiar a análise da base de dados do Portfólio de Investimentos, auxiliando na elaboração de relatórios de status, identificação de desvios, riscos, oportunidades de melhoria e consolidação de informações para apresentações gerenciais.

Auxiliar na aplicação de avaliações de maturidade em Gerenciamento de Projetos, apoiando a coleta de informações, análise de resultados e acompanhamento de planos de ação voltados ao desenvolvimento da maturidade organizacional.

Apoiar a análise dos resultados e impactos do Portfólio de Investimentos, realizando cruzamento de informações (cross check) e contribuindo para o acompanhamento dos objetivos estratégicos definidos pela diretoria.

Auxiliar na organização e atualização dos indicadores e controles do portfólio de projetos, garantindo a disponibilidade e confiabilidade das informações para tomada de decisão.
