The posting

Article Student Living is looking for a Porter to join our maintenance team for a full-time role to ensure the upkeep, cleanliness, and appearance of our community. You will ensure our established standards for the property. As a luxury housing community, the standards for grounds, community areas, and overall curb appeal are high. The daily responsibilities of the role will vary, depending on the needs of the community. Article Student Living provides the best experience for student residents living in our communities. You will report to the Maintenance Supervisor and work with the other maintenance and property staff. The hourly range for this role is $17, plus commissions. Responsibilities

Be a helpful resource for residents Support the maintenance team Daily on-site trash collection Ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment Suggest ideas for property improvement
