The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in international sales and a passion for driving business growth through effective outreach and relationship building. Key Responsibilities: Generate and qualify new business leads through cold calling, email outreach, and other prospecting methods Drive international sales and manage end-to-end B2B sales cycles Conduct outbound sales campaigns to identify and engage potential clients Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, and follow-ups in CRM Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies Required Skills: 1–3 years of experience in International Sales / B2B Sales / Business Development Strong expertise in Lead Generation and Cold Calling Excellent communication and negotiation skills Self-motivated with a target-driven approach Ability to work independently and as part of a team
