Posting title: Executive Assistant (EA) Experience: 3-4 Years Location: Noida- Sector 145 Work mode: Hybrid Primary skills: Managing schedules, communication, documentation, and key processes with precision, Word, Excel, presentation and AI tools, social media platforms- LinkedIn Qualification: MBA/PGDM or equivalent degree preferred Job Overview We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support the CEO in managing day-to-day operations, executive coordination, and strategic initiatives. Roles & Responsibilities Executive Support Manage CEO calendar, meetings, travel, and daily priorities. Prepare MoMs, presentations, reports, and business documents. Coordinate communication and follow-ups with internal/external stakeholders. Handle confidential information with discretion. Social Media & Personal Branding Manage the CEO’s LinkedIn and social media presence. Create and coordinate engaging content and content calendars. Monitor engagement, reach, and other key social media metrics. Manage comments, messages, and professional connections on behalf of the CEO. Business Development Research and identify potential clients, partners, and industry influencers. Support founder-led outreach, networking, and relationship building. Assist with lead generation and follow-up activities. Community Engagement Support founder communities, events, workshops, and networking initiatives. Assist with initiatives related to personal branding, fundraising, and business growth. Represent the Founder’s Office at relevant industry events and conferences. Qualifications & Skills MBA/PGDM or equivalent degree preferred. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities. Good understanding of LinkedIn and social media platforms. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint/Presentations, and AI productivity tools. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Strong research, coordination, and follow-up skills.
