About the Role
The Technical Delivery Engineer Lead (Contractor) leads on-site execution of Artisight technology deployments in hospitals and other healthcare settings while staying hands-on with installation, testing, and validation. Reporting to the Sr. Technical Delivery Lead, you'll direct a team of 3 to 5 contractors, keeping work aligned to the approved technical approach and deployment standards while minimizing disruption to patient care.
This is fully on-site in Indianapolis, IN and surrounding areas
What You'll Do
- Lead a team of 3 to 5 contractors: assign daily tasks and locations, provide technical direction, and monitor progress, quality, and pace
- Run daily stand-ups and report progress, issues, and completed work to the Sr. Technical Delivery Lead
- Serve as the team's first point of escalation for technical issues, site readiness concerns, and blockers before elevating
- Confirm the team has completed required training, credentialing, and site access requirements before deployment, and hold them accountable to safety and quality standards
- Perform and oversee receiving, inventory, inspection, and staging of equipment, flagging anything damaged, missing, or incorrect
- Install All-In-One (AIO) devices, cameras, and accessories, including power, network, display, and peripheral cabling with clean cable management, and review team installs for accuracy
- Perform and oversee rip-and-replace work and decommissioning of legacy equipment
- Test and validate installs: device connectivity, camera and PTZ function, two-way audio, room views, and supported workflows
- Review team documentation, trackers, install photos, and QA checklists for completeness, and record serial numbers, asset tags, and locations
- Act as on-site technical point of contact for clinical, facilities, and IT staff when the Sr. Technical Delivery Lead is unavailable, while following and enforcing all safety, privacy, and infection prevention requirements
What You Have
