Genau dieses Gefühl bringt ArtiTree nach Hause: mit Kränzen, Girlanden, Kugeln und Bäumen, die täuschend echt aussehen, Jahr für Jahr wiederkommen und keinen einzigen echten Baum kosten. Nachhaltiger Weihnachtszauber, der bleibt.

Wenn es voll wird, läufst du erst richtig zu Hochform auf. In den intensivsten Wochen sorgst du mit dafür, dass jede:r Kund:in unseren Store mit einem Lächeln und diesem warmen Weihnachtsgefühl wieder verlässt.

Bei uns arbeitest du Hand in Hand mit einem herzlichen Store-Team und flachen Hierarchien. Echte Verantwortung und Wertschätzung sind für uns selbstverständlich und keine Verhandlungssache. Und ganz ehrlich: Die Adventswochen sind intensiv, da wir mit vollen Stores und viele Kund:innen rechnen, Samstage inklusive. Dafür ist bei uns kein Tag wie der andere, und am Ende der Saison hast du gemeinsam mit deinem Team etwas geschaffen, auf das du stolz sein kannst.

ArtiTree ist ein wachsendes Unternehmen rund um hochwertige künstliche Weihnachtsbäume und festliche Deko (Kränze, Girlanden und Kugeln). Unsere Pop-up Stores eröffnen zur Saison in Berlin und München, voraussichtlich auch in Frankfurt und Hamburg.

Diese Stelle ist ein Minijob (ca. 10 Std./Woche) über die Weihnachtssaison von Oktober bis Dezember (Schwerpunkt Adventszeit)

Bist du an Bord?

Dein Verantwortungsbereich

  • Verkauf & Beratung: Du unterstützt in der aktiven Kundenansprache und Beratung sowie im Verkauf.
  • Verpacken & Auffüllen: Du verpackst Einkäufe, füllst Ware nach und sorgst für ein weihnachtliches Ambiente.
  • Peak-Support: Du hilfst bei Warteschlangen und hoher Kundenfrequenz.
  • Ordnung: Du hältst die Verkaufsfläche ordentlich einladend.

Dein Profil

Das solltest du mitbringen (Must-have):

  • Freude am aktiven Verkauf und direkten Kundenkontakt
  • Offenes, sympathisches Auftreten
  • Zuverlässigkeit (die uns wichtiger ist als jahrelange Erfahrung)
  • Ein Auge für Deko und Interior – zeig uns gern Fotos deiner eigenen Deko
  • Bereitschaft zu flexiblen Arbeitszeiten und Samstagen
  • Sorgfältiger Umgang mit empfindlicher Ware
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke im direkten Kundenkontakt, eine gute sprachliche Ausdrucksfähigkeit sowie Freude an der Beratung in fließendem Deutsch

Schön, aber kein Muss (Nice-to-have):

  • Erste Erfahrung im Einzelhandel oder Weihnachtsgeschäft vorteilhaft
  • Deko-Wissen brauchst du nicht – Einräumen und Verpacken lernst du bei uns.
  • Weitere Sprachen (an touristischen Standorten von Vorteil)
