Wir suchen 1 Vertriebsmitarbeiter / Sales Manager im Innendienst (m/w/d) Modernes Hybrid-Modell: Office & Homeoffice möglich

Anstellungsart: Vollzeit (40 Std./Woche) oder Teilzeit

Eintrittsdatum: Ab sofort / nach Vereinbarung

Da das Interesse an unserer Lösung wächst, suchen wir ein empathisches und abschlussstarkes Vertriebstalent, das private Verkäufer/Vermieter von unserem Konzept begeistert.

Ihre Aufgaben - Das bewegen Sie bei uns

* Beratung & Partnergewinnung : Sie kontaktieren und beraten private Immobilienverkäufer/vermieter, die Unterstützung beim Verkauf oder Vermietung ihrer Immobilie suchen.

* Software-Präsentation: Sie zeigen den Eigentümern per Telefon oder Video-Call, wie einfach sie mit unserer Software professionelle Exposés erstellen, Inserate schalten und den Verkaufsprozess steuern können.

* Beratender Verkauf: Sie verkaufen keine starre Software, sondern die Lösung für ein großes Problem: Den stressfreien und provisionsfreien Immobilienverkauf.

* Beziehungsaufbau: Sie begleiten die Verkäufer beim Onboarding auf unserer Plattform und sind die sympathische Stimme unseres Unternehmens.

Ihr Profil - Das bringen Sie mit

* Vertriebstalent mit Empathie: Sie haben Erfahrung im Vertrieb (idealerweise im Telesales, Kundenservice oder direkt in der Immobilien-/Finanzbranche) und können Menschen am Telefon begeistern.

* Gespür für Immobilien: Sie verstehen die emotionalen und organisatorischen Herausforderungen, die ein privater Immobilienverkauf oder Vermietung mit sich bringt.

* Kommunikationsprofi: Sie sind redegewandt, haben eine positive Ausstrahlung und können komplexe Abläufe einfach und verständlich erklären.

* Sicherer Umgang mit digitalen Tools: Sie arbeiten sich schnell in moderne CRM-Systeme und unsere eigene Software ein.

* Sprachkennntisse: Perfektes Deutsch in Wort und Schrift.
