Deine Aufgaben

  • Du bist die erste Anlaufstelle am Empfang und am Telefon und sorgst für einen freundlichen und professionellen ersten Kontakt.
  • Du beantwortest Anfragen unserer Patient\*innen, telefonisch und schriftlich, und leitest sie bei Bedarf an die richtigen Stellen weiter.
  • Du unterstützt unsere Therapeut\innen und Ärzt\innen bei administrativen Aufgaben und sorgst dafür, dass die Patientendokumentation vollständig und aktuell ist.
  • Du kümmerst dich um die ein\- und ausgehende Post.
  • Du übernimmst vielseitige administrative Aufgaben und trägst dazu bei, dass im Hintergrund alles rundläuft.

Was du mitbringst

  • Du hast deine KV\-Lehre oder die Handelsmittelschule (HMS) erfolgreich abgeschlossen und interessierst dich für das Gesundheitswesen.
  • Du bist offen, empathisch und kommunikativ, ein freundlicher und wertschätzender Umgang mit unseren Patient\*innen ist für dich selbstverständlich.
  • Auch wenn es mal hektisch wird, behältst du einen kühlen und den Überblick.
  • Du arbeitest zuverlässig, selbstständig und packst gerne mit an.
  • Du bist fit im Umgang mit MS Office und findest dich schnell in neuen IT\-Anwendungen zurecht.
