Intro

Bei Arvana bauen wir die erste AI-native Go-To-Market Firma in DACH. Seit 2024 sind wir auf über €5M ARR und 30+ Leute im Team gewachsen – mit über 200 B2B-Tech-Unternehmen wie FreeNow, Swisscom, SmapOne, Telli und Ivy als Kunden.

Was bisher fehlt: eine Marke, die genauso laut ist wie unsere Ergebnisse. Genau dafür suchen wir dich – jemanden, der unseren Content nicht nur verwaltet, sondern Arvana zur bekanntesten GTM-Brand im DACH-Raum macht.

Aufgaben

  • Du schreibst LinkedIn-Content für unsere Founder und den Arvana Company-Account – Hooks, Storylines, Carousels – und triffst dabei den Ton, der in unserer Nische wirklich funktioniert
  • Du produzierst Bild- und Videocontent von A bis Z: Konzept, Dreh im Office, Schnitt, Grafik – Reels, Talking Heads, Kundenstimmen, Behind-the-Scenes
  • Du betreust unsere Brand end-to-end: Website, Pitch-Decks, Sales-Materialien, Templates – alles sieht aus wie Arvana und nicht wie zehn verschiedene Firmen
  • Du baust unseren Content-Kalender und hältst die Frequenz – Konstanz schlägt Perfektion, und du sorgst dafür, dass geliefert wird
  • Du schaust auf Zahlen: Was performt, was floppt, was wiederholen wir? Du leitest daraus Formate ab, die wir skalieren können

Qualifikation

  • Status: Du bist eingeschriebene:r Student:in und hast 16–20 Stunden pro Woche Zeit – idealerweise über die nächsten 12+ Monate
  • Handwerk: Du kannst schreiben und schneiden – CapCut, Premiere, Figma, Canva oder Vergleichbares gehen dir leicht von der Hand. Zeig uns, was du schon gebaut hast
  • Gespür: Du erkennst guten Content, wenn du ihn siehst, und weißt, warum er funktioniert. LinkedIn ist für dich kein Neuland, sondern täglicher Feed
  • Arbeitsweise: Du brauchst kein Briefing für jede Kleinigkeit – du hast eigene Ideen, setzt sie um und holst dir Feedback, statt auf Anweisungen zu warten
  • Motivation: Du willst eine Marke von Grund auf mitbauen, statt in einem Konzern die dritte Korrekturschleife zu drehen

Sneak Peek: So läuft der Bewerbungsprozess bei Arvana ab:

1. Erster kurzer Austausch Nach deiner Bewerbung melden wir uns direkt am nächsten Tag bei dir zurück. Im ersten Schritt vereinbaren wir mit dir ein 10-minütiges Telefongespräch mit jemanden aus unserem Team. Hier schauen wir, ob es von beiden Seiten aus passt und finden dann direkt schon einen Folgetermin für den Kick-Off Call.

2. Kick-Off Call Im zweiten Gespräch nehmen wir uns ca. 30 - 45min. Zeit. Wir möchten dich richtig kennenlernen, wissen, was dich fasziniert und dich antreibt. Gleichzeitig bieten wir dir auch einen tieferen Blick hinter die Kulissen von Arvana und beantworten dir alle deine Fragen. Nach dem Gespräch kannst du mal alles reflektieren, sodass wir uns am nächsten Tag nochmal kurz austauschen können.

3. Team Meeting Im letzten Gespräch möchten wir dich gerne in unser Office am Rosenthaler Platz einladen. Du lernst die Gründer Arne und Mirco persönlich kennen und hast auch die Möglichkeit mit dem Team zu quatschen. In ca. 90 Minuten nehmen wir dich tief mit in unsere Prozesse, Mission, den Business-Plan und geben dir einen 360 Grad Einblick. Nach dem Gespräch melden wir uns innerhalb von 2 Tagen bei dir zurück. Wenn alles passt, freuen wir uns, dich im Team zu begrüßen!
