We doen gerichte strategische investeringen die niet alleen onze eigen ecologische voetafdruk verminderen, maar die klanten ook helpen zich aan te passen aan langetermijn milieu‑ en sociale veranderingen. Dit doen we door de ontwikkeling van schonere en groenere oplossingen.

Voor onze productielocatie in Moerdijk zijn wij op zoek naar een procesoperator die met enthousiasme en professionaliteit wil bijdragen aan de toekomst van Arxada.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Produceren volgens vastgestelde recepturen en werkwijzen
  • Veilig werken: risico’s herkennen en alle veiligheidsregels strikt naleven
  • Verzamelen van grondstoffen en emballage (met de heftruck)
  • Nemen van monsters, etiketteren en afvullen van producten
  • Nauw samenwerken met planners, laboranten en logistieke collega’s
  • Correct vastleggen van gewichten en batchcodes, voor volledige traceerbaarheid
  • Verbeterpunten signaleren op het gebied van veiligheid, kwaliteit en efficiëntie
  • Deelnemen aan periodiek werkoverleg
  • Zorgen voor een veilige, nette en schone werkplek

Wat vragen wij van jou?

  • Ervaring met procesinstallaties en productieprocessen
  • MBO Procestechniek of vergelijkbaar, zoals VAPRO A.
  • Oog voor veiligheid, kwaliteit en efficiënt werken
  • Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal
  • Leergierig, enthousiast, positief en verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel
  • BHV-diploma (of bereid te behalen)

Microbial Control Solutions (MCS) richt zich op het beheersen van risico’s die micro‑organismen vormen voor mens en milieu. Deze activiteiten zijn ondergebracht in vijf businessgroepen: Professional Hygiene, Home & Personal Care, Wood Protection, Paints & Coatings en Material Protection.

Nutrition, Care & Environmental (NCE) levert materialen voor de productie van composieten voor onder andere de elektronica‑ en luchtvaartindustrie. Daarnaast ontwikkelt en produceert NCE vitaminen en voedingsingrediënten, chemicaliën, performance‑intermediates en grondstoffen voor diverse hoogwaardige toepassingen.
