Buscamos alguém para integrar a frente de SIA (Soluções, Integração e Automação), que tem como missão usar a tecnologia e ferramentas inteligentes para dar mais autonomia nos atendimentos e eliminar a fricção operacional, permitindo que CX foque no que é verdadeiramente consultivo, ágil e assertivo. Você será peça-chave nas bases de conhecimento (KCS), integrando a gestão do conhecimento aos fluxos diários de atendimento e garantindo que o aprendizado gerado na ponta retroalimente melhorias contínuas, automações e a resolução de problemas em escala.Se interessou pela oportunidade mas não reside em Joinville? Responsabilidades e atribuições Implementar tecnologias de apoio à operação (como Copilot da Zendesk), desenvolvendo soluções práticas para otimizar a rotina do atendimento;Aprimorar os processos de capacitação, assegurando métodos de aprendizagem e ferramentas aderentes às necessidades do atendimento;Apoiar o onboarding e a educação continuada dos times CX, integrando as práticas de capacitação aos projetos de tecnologia em andamento;Gerenciar regras e fluxos dentro da Zendesk, além de manter atualizada a base de conhecimento interna e documentar procedimentos;Colaborar com os times de CX e frentes de CAP, garantindo a consistência e atualização de processos e informações;Atuar como canal de comunicação entre condução de projetos e operação de atendimento, mantendo os stakeholders envolvidos alinhados;Documentar bases de conhecimento com metodologia KCS, mantendo a rastreabilidade e a aplicação prática dos aprendizados.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesExperiência em KCS e capacitações em contextos de atendimento ou operação;Conhecimento em tecnologia, IA e automações aplicadas ao atendimento;Vivência em gestão de projetos e melhoria de processos; Ensino superior cursando ou completo em Administração, Tecnologia, Gestão de Processos ou áreas correlatas;

Habilidade de comunicação, colaboração em equipe, escuta ativa e proatividade para transformar ideias em ações.Informações adicionaisDiferenciais: Experiência com Zendesk e, de preferência, com o assistente de IA da plataforma (Copilot);Conhecimento em métodos ágeis (como Kanban ou Scrum);Experiência em criação de instruções para IA (prompts e fluxos automatizados);Vivência em operações de CX ou com plataformas de suporte e CRM.Modelo de Trabalho:Carga horária de 8h por dia (segunda a sexta - não compensamos os sábados);Contratação CLT.
