Sua missão será fortalecer e escalar o ecossistema da Flapp Store, prospectando e ativando parceiros estratégicos de software, acompanhando o processo de integração e impulsionando a performance dessas soluções para gerar alto valor, retenção e impacto direto em milhares de empresas que confiam no Asaas.Se interessou pela oportunidade mas não reside em Joinville? Não tem problema, possibilitamos o trabalho remoto/home office.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesMapear, prospectar ativamente e ativar novos parceiros de software e produtos digitais alinhados ao ecossistema Asaas;Conduzir reuniões de alinhamento comercial e técnico com tomadores de decisão (Founders, C-levels e Heads de Produto e Tecnologia);Avaliar formulários de integração e especificações funcionais de APIs, identificando requisitos técnicos e regras de negócio antes do direcionamento para os times técnicos;Apoiar os parceiros na construção da proposta de valor, estruturação de modelos de Revenue Share e lançamento dentro da Flapp Store;Atuar de forma integrada com as áreas internas (Projetos, Integrações, Produto e Marketing) para garantir homologações ágeis e consistentes;Gerir a carteira de parceiros ativos na Flapp Store, monitorando indicadores de performance (LTV, churn, NPS, volume transacional e adoção da base);Propor planos de crescimento conjunto e campanhas para alavancar a utilização das soluções parceiras pelos clientes Asaas;Representar o Asaas e a Flapp Store em eventos estratégicos e encontros de ecossistema.Requisitos e qualificaçõesExperiência prévia em marketplaces de produtos, lojas de aplicativos integrados ou ecossistemas de soluções B2B (ex.: plataformas de gestão/ERP, CRMs, e-commerces integrados ou provedores de tecnologia);Vivência com prospecção e relacionamento com parceiros de software/tecnologia, focando na inclusão de soluções complementares ao ecossistema;Conhecimento funcional sobre arquitetura de APIs, Webhooks e integrações de sistemas (capacidade de interpretar fluxos e viabilidade técnica);Familiaridade com modelos comerciais de parcerias integradas (Revenue Share, precificação por uso e monetização via API);Vivência na gestão de pipeline e funil de parcerias em ferramentas de CRM (ex.: HubSpot, Salesforce);Capacidade de autogestão e organização para atuar de forma autônoma na condução de ponta a ponta da carteira.Informações adicionaisDiferenciais:Experiência prévia no segmento de fintechs, meios de pagamento ou serviços financeiros;Inglês intermediário ou avançado;Conhecimento em estratégias de Product-Led Growth (PLG);Vivência no uso de ferramentas de Inteligência Artificial ou automações para otimização de prospecção e rotinas.Modelo de Contratação:Carga horária de 8h por dia (segunda a sexta-feira - não compensamos os sábados);Contratação CLT.
