Für unseren Kunden suchen wir eine erfahrene Persönlichkeit, die bestehende Geschäftskunden weiterentwickelt, neue Kunden gewinnt und das Wachstum im Schweizer Carrosseriemarkt aktiv vorantreibt.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung wichtiger Grosskunden
  • Aktive Gewinnung von Neukunden und Aufbau neuer Geschäftsbeziehungen
  • Erkennen und Ausschöpfen von Umsatz\- und Verkaufspotenzialen
  • Führen von Jahres\-, Preis\- und Vertragsverhandlungen
  • Beobachtung des Schweizer Carrosseriemarktes und Erkennen neuer Geschäftschancen
  • Pflege und Ausbau des Branchen\-Netzwerks sowie Vertretung des Unternehmens an Messen und Branchenveranstaltungen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Geschäftsführung, Verkauf, Einkauf, Produktmanagement und Logistik

Das bringst du mit

* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Carrosseriebranche * Fundierte Kenntnisse des Schweizer Carrosseriemarktes und seiner Betriebe * Erfolgreiche Erfahrung im B2B\-Verkauf, Key Account Management oder Business Development * Erfahrung in der Neukundengewinnung und Entwicklung wichtiger Geschäftskunden * Verhandlungsgeschick auf Inhaber\- und Geschäftsleitungsebene * Kaufmännisches Verständnis für Umsatz, Margen und Kundenpotenziale * Selbstständige, strukturierte und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise Wichtig: Erfahrung in der Carrosseriebranche ist ein Muss. Allgemeine Verkaufserfahrung allein reicht für diese Position nicht aus.
