Für meinen Kunden suche ich eine kommunikative und technisch versierte Persönlichkeit, die im Verkaufsinnendienst etwas bewegen möchte.

Mein Kunde gehört zu den etablierten Schweizer Anbietern für Garagen\-, Werkstatt\- und Carrosseriebedarf. Hier dreht sich alles um hochwertige Produkte, starke Marken und zufriedene Kunden. Ob Garage, Carrosseriebetrieb oder Fachhändler – die Kundschaft erwartet kompetente Beratung und genau dafür braucht es dich!

Was bei dir auf dem Tisch landet

  • Kundenkontakt: Du beantwortest Anfragen per Telefon, E\-Mail und Webshop und sorgst dafür, dass deine Kunden nicht lange auf Antworten warten.
  • Auftragsmanagement: Du nimmst Bestellungen entgegen, bearbeitest Aufträge und behältst den Überblick.
  • Angebote: Du erstellst Offerten, bleibst dran und sorgst dafür, dass aus Anfragen Aufträge werden.
  • Beratung: Du kennst die Produkte oder lernst sie kennen und findest für deine Kunden die passende Lösung.
  • Wenn's mal nicht rundläuft: Du unterstützt bei Garantieabklärungen und kümmerst dich um Retouren.
  • Teamwork: Du unterstützt den Aussendienst bei Verkaufsaktivitäten und hältst die Kundendaten im CRM aktuell.

Was du mitbringen solltest

  • Eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung
  • Erfahrung im Verkauf, Kundenservice oder Verkaufsinnendienst
  • Branchenkenntnisse aus dem Automobil\-, Garagen\- oder Carrosserieumfeld sind ein grosses Plus
  • Du kommunizierst gerne, bist kundenorientiert und hast ein gutes Gespür für Menschen
  • Selbstständiges Arbeiten ist für dich selbstverständlich
  • MS Office kennst du nicht nur vom Hörensagen. ERP\- und CRM\-Systeme sind dir ebenfalls vertraut.
  • Auch wenn das Telefon heiss läuft, bleibst du cool.
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Französisch oder Italienisch? Umso besser!
