Je wordt een belangrijke schakel binnen ons team en draagt dagelijks bij aan een vlotte werking van onze internationale organisatie.Onthaal en klantencontactBeantwoorden van inkomende telefoons en correct doorverbinden naar de juiste collega's.Ontvangen van bezoekers, chauffeurs en leveranciers.Verstrekken van basisinformatie aan klanten en relaties.Opvolgen van binnenkomende mailboxen en administratieve aanvragen.Logistieke administratieOpmaak, opvolging en verwerking van transport-, export- en importdocumenten.Boeken van transporten via weg-, lucht- en zeevracht.Kleine zendingen via koerierdiensten regelen (UPS/DHL/...)Aanmelden van expresszendingen.Informeren van klanten over leveringen en verzendingen.Administratieve afhandeling van transportdossiers.Onderhouden en actualiseren van gegevens in het ERP-systeem.Uitvoeren van stockcontroles en administratieve stockcorrecties.Algemene administratieve ondersteuningVerwerken en klasseren van documenten.Ondersteunen van de logistieke afdeling bij dagelijkse administratieve taken.Opvragen en verzamelen van informatie voor interne en externe contacten.Meedenken over verbeteringen van administratieve processen. - Vaardigheden:MS Office kennis Ervaring met een ERP-systeem is een mustErvaring binnen de logistiek, transport is een must (kennis export- en douanedocumenten)Administratieve opleiding of relevante ervaring opgebouwd- Attesten:/- Opleidingsvereisten:Bij voorkeur in bezit van een Bachelor diploma.- Vakkennis:Ervaring binnen de logistiek, transport is een must.Administratieve opleiding of relevante ervaring opgebouwd.- Talenkennis:Vlotte communicatie in het Nederlands, Frans en Engels.
