Ben jij een ervaren Business Controller die graag dicht bij de business staat? Onze klant, een gerenommeerde en familiale onderneming in regio Waregem, is op zoek naar een Business Controller met minstens 8 jaar relevante ervaring. In deze rol combineer je financiële expertise met een sterke businessgerichte aanpak en help je de organisatie met waardevolle inzichten en analyses.Corporate & Financial Controlling:- Verantwoordelijk voor de maandelijkse afsluiting in SAP en de financiële rapportering rond P&L, Opex, Capex en werkkapitaal.- Analyseren van resultaten en onderzoeken van afwijkingen ten opzichte van budget, forecast en voorgaande periodes.- Opmaken van rapporteringen en analyses rond marges en groepsresultaten.- Ondersteunen van het budgetteringsproces en de maandelijkse forecasting.- Uitvoeren van financiële en operationele analyses voor management en interne stakeholders.- Detecteren en opvolgen van afwijkingen, risico's en opportuniteiten.Business Controlling:- Nauw samenwerken met afdelingen zoals operations, productie, sales en IT.- Actief in gesprek gaan met de business om resultaten en cijfers beter te begrijpen.- Onderzoeken van de oorzaken achter resultaten en afwijkingen.- Kritisch evalueren van processen, aannames en bestaande werkwijzen.- Vertalen van analyses naar bruikbare inzichten en concrete aanbevelingen.- Ondersteunen van management en collega's bij het nemen van onderbouwde beslissingen.Power BI & Reporting:- Beheren en optimaliseren van de bestaande managementrapportering in Power BI.- Evalueren van KPI's en rapporteringen op hun toegevoegde waarde.- Verbeteren, vereenvoudigen en vernieuwen van bestaande dashboards en rapporten.- Ontwikkelen van nieuwe rapporteringen afgestemd op de behoeften van de business.- Samenwerken met de IT-afdeling voor data modelling en technische ondersteuning. - Vaardigheden:Je analyseert financiële en operationele gegevens op een kritische en nauwkeurige manier.Je vertaalt complexe data naar duidelijke inzichten en aanbevelingen.Je communiceert vlot met verschillende interne stakeholders.Je stelt kritische vragen en denkt oplossingsgericht.Je neemt initiatief en werkt proactief.Je combineert een analytische mindset met een hands-on aanpak.Je schakelt vlot tussen strategische en operationele vraagstukken.- Attesten:Geen specifieke attesten vereist.- Opleidingsvereisten:Masterdiploma in een economische, financiële of gelijkaardige richting.- Vakkennis:Minstens 8 jaar ervaring binnen controlling.Ervaring met zowel corporate controlling als business controlling.Kennis van budgettering, forecasting, variantieanalyses en financiële rapportering.Ervaring met ERP-systemen.Uitstekende kennis van Excel.Goede kennis van Power BI.Ervaring binnen een industriële of productieomgeving is een pluspunt.Kennis van SAP is een troef.- Talenkennis:Zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands.Goede kennis van het Frans.
