De open communicatie, vlakke structuur en praktische aanpak zorgen voor een aangename werksfeer.Als senior calculator zorg je voor nauwkeurige kostprijsberekeningen en goed onderbouwde offertes. Je kan aan de slag binnen algemene bouw en ruwbouw, binnenschrijnwerk in hout of buitenschrijnwerk in aluminium en kunststof. Zo kies je de afdeling die het best bij jouw expertise past.Wat mag je verwachten van je takenpakket?-Je analyseert bouwplannen, lastenboeken en technische specificaties om projecten correct in te schatten.-Je stelt gedetailleerde kostprijsberekeningen op voor materialen, werkuren, materieel en andere projectkosten.-Je vraagt offertes op bij leveranciers en onderaannemers en vergelijkt prijzen en voorwaarden.-Je werkt nauw samen met het projectteam om correcte offertes binnen de afgesproken deadlines af te leveren.-Je houdt calculaties, prijsaanvragen en offertes overzichtelijk bij.-Je denkt actief mee over verbeteringen in de calculatieprocessen en werkmethodes.Klaar om jouw bouwtechnische kennis in te zetten?
